They are fantastic! I can't even put into words how great these folks are. From my first phone call, to the same day printed quote, to the top of the line job. AAAAA+++++ They are fantastic and I can't say enough great things. If everyone gave this kind of service, projects around the house wouldn't be a headache, they'd be a joy!

We got an estimate and the bill was what the estimate was. They were very prompt. They came when they said they would. They did a good job and I was very pleased. I would recommend them.

They were very detailed, they took there time and got it all and made sure to ask that we were happy with each window. I felt that it was very reasonable priced.

They did not have a suitable time for me, so they put me on the list for any cancellations, at my request. They called to ask if today would be OK, it was and so they were here within 20 mins. Both gentlemen were polite and courteous and did an excellent job. They were quick as one worked inside and one outside. They were very clean and tidy and left no trace, except for beautifully clean windows! Their price was good and I would definitely recommend them.

Roy was professional from the first phone call to the completion of the job. We were on a tight schedule and he accommodated our time-frame, showed up on time and completed the job within an hour. The windows were thoroughly cleaned and he even gave us feedback on the condition of some of the windows. Even his truck and supplies were orderly and in good condition! We will recommend Roy to others in the area and will definitely use his company again.

It was a one-man job and he did great work in 95 degree weather. He was absolutely punctual, delightful to talk to, totally reliable, honest, and friendly.

He indicated he couldn't possibly do all those windows in one day & I therefore redirected him to focus on the main floor. After continuing to clean some "non-essential" windows upstairs, he moved downstairs. Some of the windows looked better after he left but several did not. In instances where he worked on a ladder on the 2nd floor, I would have expected him to wipe away cobwebs, etc. This was not done. In some instances he indicated he didn't open the double paned Pella windows because they "weren't too bad" inside. This was not what I had expected but I did not complain because I was stuck w/ 150 people arriving the next day for a benefit and had larger concerns at the moment. However I will try another firm next time. I was contacted by the company thereafter & they sent someone else out. They said they would continue to send someone out to clean the windows until I was satisfied with them. This says a lot about their customer service.

GREAT! They showed up on the day they scheduled and called before they arrived. I had around 25 windows and screens and a few sliding doors and one large picture window. He worked hard and did a fantastic job. What a difference getting the screens cleaned made. It's amazing how nice the windows look, very shiny. He said they will call to come back in 6 months to clean just the outside of the windows if I wanted them to. I highly recommend SOW Window Cleaning. It was well worth the $260!!! He was very nice and professional to work with.

Prompt in returning call and coming out for an estimate. Prompt in scheduling. As it was the busy season had to wait a few weeks, but it was worth the wait. Prompt on arrival. Workers were courteous and did a good job. Will use them again next year.

Excellent! I phoned, they returned the call promptly, set a time for an estimate which was done within two days, and set a day for the work. They arrived just a little late because a previous customer wanted to have both inside and out done instead of the contracted outside only. The windows were done very well and I will hire this firm again.

My daughter was getting married on a Saturday 5/19 and I called them the Thursday the week before the wedding May 10th and told them I desperately needed to get the windows cleaned (I had called another company before I contacted SOW and the other company never came out and quoted the job after promising a few times). SOW stopped by the same day, Thursday May 10th and gave me an estimate on the job. I told them I wanted them to do the job and they had someone there on May 11th and did a really nice job! That's what I call service!

Roy came out the same day of my phone call, gave us a reasonable price and the we scheduled the work 3 days later. It couldn't have gone smoother.

They are just great. I've used them before and will continue to use them.
