Windows look great! Super friendly and professional. Already have them scheduled again to come out next June.

We just bought a new house and the windows had a white film on them. Called SOW and they were able to identify the problem quickly. Made a recommendation to fix the problem. We scheduled out, but they had an opening and made it a month early. Quickly cleaned the windows and gave helpful tips while doing so! Windows look amazing!!

I've already recommended them to a co-worker so I'd have to say it went VERY well. Initially, I contacted a number of Angie List window washers and while I didn't hear back from some, I heard promptly back from S.O.W. There's a pretty long waiting list which says something about how great they do so if you are even thinking of it, I'd call right away. When I needed to reschedule, they accommodated me and followed up several weeks before the date. On the date they were supposed to come, it was raining so they rescheduled for me and fit us in much quicker than I thought they would. Took about 2 hours to do the entire job. Well done!! I wouldn't waste time looking elsewhere as I did to try to find the best price. They actually returned calls/emails (rare for me today with businesses), did exactly what they promised at a fair price.

everything went unbelievably well! We've had window washers in the past and were not pleased with results but SOW hit the ball out of the park! No streaks or smears. Screens spotless. So glad we tried them. Will use again!

SOW did an amazing job on my very dirty windows! I was hesitant to have them professionally cleaned as I thought it would be expensive. SOW allowed me to choose which windows I wanted cleaned and did not pressure me into having the whole house done. In the end it only cost $117, and the windows are the cleanest they've ever been. I will definitely be using SOW again. A wonderful company to work with!

SOW does a great job. I've been having them come twice a year for about five years and my windows always look great when they're done. Very reasonably priced, punctual and super friendly. They let me set my appointments a year in advance so I always have it on my schedule. I've even gotten some tips on how to keep the birds from flying into my sunroom windows. I highly recommend them.

We have lived here for 45 years and have had various cleaners over the years, but are really glad we found SOW as they are the BEST and RELIABLE and MOST REASONABLY PRICED CLEANERS ever!

I've been an S.O.W. Window Cleaning customer for several years and have been very happy. I have them come out twice a year (Spring and Fall) to clean the windows in my large two story home. They're always on time, and do a great job at a fair price.

Perfectly as always. SOW is the best. They know the windows that the cat likes loll at and they pay special attention to those nose prints. And give special attention to the remnants of the trails of hand and nose prints of under 5 great-grands in the family room. In the Fall we clean all the out-sides and about half of the in-sides.

Great! Was impressed with the care taken to clean the windows and be sure nothing dripped on the floors or inside sills. Even gave me tips on keeping the tracks for the sliding doors clean and working properly. Very professional. Would definitely hire again and refer to others. Also, the actual cost came in less than the quote!

I scheduled the window cleaning with no problem. They had to reschedule the first appointment because of rain, but were prompt in doing so. When the cleaner removed our window screens to clean, he insisted that the screens had to be replaced. He said because they were made of aluminum, they would oxidize on the windows and make them incredibly dirty. I was somewhat skeptical--the screens have been in the windows for years with no problems, and our windows were somewhat dirty (hence why we hired the company to clean them), but they hadn't been cleaned in four years, so that seemed a result of time rather than the screens. Nonetheless, the cleaner was absolutely insistent they had to be replaced, and he left them out with the name of a screen shop to replace them. The shop he recommended was a half hour away, so the next day I loaded all the screens in the car (not an easy task) and drove them to another screen shop. There the owner started looking at the screens and told me there was no reason whatsoever to replace them. Although he agreed aluminum wasn't an ideal choice, he said they wouldn't harm the windows or make them especially dirty. I was, of course, happy to not spend hundreds of dollars for no reason. I called S.O.W. back and informed them that I was told the screens did not need to be replaced. I asked that they return and reinstall the screens, as they should have done after the cleaning. The receptionist was defensive and aggressive, repeating the spiel about the oxidation and getting angry that I didn't visit the shop they recommended. When I repeated that I wanted them to return to replace the screens, she huffed, "Well, I don't think he'll do that!", said she'd need to call me back, and hung up on me. She never returned the call nor did they return to replace the screens. The windows were cleaned fine, but unless you want to be bullied into wasting hundreds of dollars needlessly replacing screens, I'd avoid at all costs.

It was great to have windows and chandeliers cleaned so promptly after we'd had some work done that left a light dust on everything. Either of the two men I've had from this company do a great job and are prompt, pleasant, and respectful. All was sparkling when he left.

I left a voicemail and they quickly responded, letting me know that a free estimate would be sent to my email when a tech had assessed the job, I thought would take a bit, but no, I had my free estimate that week! On top of that I had a particular day I needed it done and they were able to accommodate. They were responsive on all ends and showed up as scheduled and the price was great! It was such an easy process and the windows I could not get cleaned on my own look fantastic. I would recommend (and alreay have) will use them again!

Perfect. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would definitely use them again. I will certainly recommend them to anyone wanting clean windows
