S.O.W. Window Cleaning

DO call early for window cleaning! This company is great and books up fast!

The windows looked great. The gentlemen were friendly and professional. They got here early and started on the outside since I wasn't home yet. I only got one other bid, but SOW was the least of the two. I will definitely use them again.

First I looked up window cleaners on Angie's list and found my old window cleaning company, which had an A rating too. But I then saw S.O.W. Window Cleaning company had such a higher rating and so many customer comments that I wanted to get an estimate from them, talk to them to see WHY they were different. I called to request an estimate and told them I was in a hurry because I was scheduling my carpet to be cleaned and new furniture was arriving. I wanted the windows cleaned first. They told me that current customers had priority, which I respect. But they would get an estimate as soon as they could. On Saturday, 7/2/2011 Mr. Bradley stopped by with his business card and gave me his estimate. He told me I should call asap to get it scheduled. But I was in the middle of cleaning my garage out with several people here helping and I neglected to call on Saturday. Given it was a holiday weekend, I couldn't call until TUESDAY, 7/5/2011 to see when I could get them scheduled. But........ before I could call them, Mrs. Bradley called ME because she had a cancellation on the following day, Wednesday. She remembered my situation and KNEW I wanted to get the windows done before my carpet was cleaned. The carpet was to be cleaned that same day, but I was able to move it to Thursday. THEY WORKED MIRACLES in my mind to be able to get all the dominos to line up in the correct sequence without falling over! When Mr. Bradley arrived Wednesday, he was several minutes early. He was extremely courteous, kind to my barking dogs who have NO DOOR MANNERS whatsoever. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He answered my questions about opening the windows and cleaning inside the windowsills, explaining why it was a separate per window charge and showed me what he did if I decided to do it in a subsequent year so I would know to ask for additional time. When he was finished cleaning the windows outside and came back around to the front door, he rang the doorbell again rather than walking back inside. That was VERY, VERY, VERY, IMPORTANT to me because I would not want him to just walk in, even though I KNEW he would be coming back inside!!!! It showed respect in letting me know he was back so as not to startle me or walk in on me without me knowing he was inside. Mr. Bardley was the most pleasant individual I have ever met in a service position, even when talking about 'politics'. :-) He was very considerate of my hearing difficulty when speaking to me, yet did not make me feel like I was deaf, mute and dumb! I could not be happier with my choice! I will not use anyone in the future but S.O.W. Window Cleaners. I have already told my two neighbors about the company. And another had asked me last year who I used before. I will call her and tell her if she hasn't decided on a company, I have the perfect one for her! THANK YOU! Mr. Bradley - EXCELLENT JOB!!!!

Great ! Very professional. They arrived on time, windows looked so good. This is my second time using them.

The technician came out Saturday morning right on time. I was a little surprised to see only one guy but as quick and efficiant as he was I saw why. It took him no time to work right through my windows and some of them were tough, I had things sitting in front of them he had to work around . I was amazed at how bright and clear they look when he finished. I opened all the curtains in the place to let the sun shine in. Gar was nice enough to look at a little mirror problem I was having and suggest what I might to to take care of the situation. He was fast and friendly, professional and I will be having them back again when its time.

I live in a tall house with lots of windows. S.O.W. did a fantastic job. I was first surprised that it was only one person who came to wash my windows, but he was outstanding. It took less than 2 hours and my windows look fantastic. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Special pricing was lower than cost with different vendow from 6 months earlier. Two men did the job. They were friendly, prompt and very thorough. When he couldn't get complete access to one skylight, he reduced my quote voluntarily, indicating how honest he was.

I have a lot of windows and big windows. I have the wooden grid that you have to take out to clean the windows, and he took them out and put them back in perfectly! He is a very nice guy! He did a lot of work for the amount of money I spent.

I would give them an A for everything. It is really hard to get hold of them and it is difficult to get an appointment with them.

Great. I called to see about pricing and she said someone would stop by within the next day or two to give me a quote. (If you're not home, they'll leave the quote in the door). Roy stopped by that afternoon. I thought the quote was reasonable and gave my go ahead. I really wanted the work done right away since I was having guests that weekend and they were able to accommodate me and do the windows that same week. Roy (he might be the owner) came back to do the cleaning. He brought another guy with him who did the outside cleaning. They did a great job, especially since 1/2 of my windows are the old casement windows from the 50s. They were finished in about an hour and a half and the windows sparkled. I was their last stop of the day, but you would never know it. Roy was friendly and professional, and when he learned I was new to town, he stopped to tell me about the city and things to see. And he also recommended places for me to take my guests to that weekend. He's an excellent ambassador for Cincinnati! Great company. I will definitely use them again.

I use SOW twice a year, for several years. Ray is always on time, their prices are more than fair and the work is always impecable!

Ron was a little early. Talked a little and work went well. After they left I called S.O.W. for next year's appointments (I use them twice a year).

Went very well. I have used them before. They call ahead and are prompt. In fact, they asked me if they could come earlier than the 2:30 appointment, which was fine with me. Two workers came out and did a very good job.

Arrived on time. Very professional and honest. Priced fair. Did an excellent job. I will continue to have this company clean my windows and I will recommend them to others.

We decided to use S O W because they were very prompt in providing an estimate and their prices were very reasonable. We have a house that has 35 windows--not including the basement, so they had a huge task in front of them. Not to mention our windows are 90 years old!! S O W were extremely professional and overall did a great job. Our windows and glass doors look fantastic! We recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the spring!

They were VERY easy and pleasant to deal with, unlike experiences that I've had with larger, more well known window cleaning services. The person who made the appointment was very helpful in answering questions. I received an estimate at my home the same day as my call, and had an appointment booked for a week later. I also found their pricing to be a good value as well. I am very pleased and would definitely use SOW services again, and would highly recommend them to others.
