S.O.W. Window Cleaning

I called three highly rated companies on Angies List. These guys were only ones to return the call promptly, provide a written estimate within 48 hours of saying they would do so (very convenient that it is just left in the front door), and handle the job promptly after we okayed it. The person who did the work showed up on time, did great work quickly, and gave my wife some tips on how to solve some persistent issues we have with our windows/screens. In this busy season for window cleaners, the service from start to finish was way above average, and the price reasonable. Best of all, my hard-to-please wife is glad to have a job finished that she is no longer able to do herself.

Mr. Roy was on time and very professional. He did a wonderful job at a reasonable price.

They are incredible. They did such a great job. My windows stay clean for like three months afterwards. They are so good I called to get an appointment for them to come and do my windows again and couldn't get them out until July.

When I called to schedule the work, they were able accomodate my rather tight schedule. They were a little bit early, brought out several people to do the work, and finished in about two hours. They were quiet, efficient, did a great job on the windows, and left no drips or other mess. The cost was a little less than the original estimate (I would rather have an overestimate than an underestimate!).

They were so professional. They were so neat as well and very clean. They did it very quickly too. There was just a little drop of water that came down the side of the window that I noticed and they came back out within just a couple of hours and got it fixed. I will definitely be using them again.

SOW is a great company. They did a wonderful job cleaning the windows, were prompt and courteous, and their price was less than half what one of the other big-name companies wanted. Two neighbors have also used them, and we're all very pleased with the work and the price. We'll definitely be repeat customers.

I called them for an estimate and they were out withing 24 hrs and gave us a detailed computer generated written estimate (printed in their van). I called them two days later and they were out within a week. The two gentlemen did a great job!

The outside of our windows had not been cleaned in about a year and a half. We had been cleaning them ourselves, and had never been happy with our results. They always appeared streaked on sunny days. Further, one of our windows was so wide and tall that we could clean the top center only by reaching way in from a ladder at the side of the window. We found a coupon for S.O.W. Window Cleaning, and asked for an estimate on cleaning the outside surface of our windows. The estimator came, checked the windows, and gave us an estimate. When we looked at it, we saw that his estimate included both inside and outside surfaces. When we called the company, they said we should just cut the estimated cost in half. The 2 cleaners arrived right on time, cleaned all the windows in about half an hour, and invoiced us for $77.40, exactly half the estimate for both inside and outside services. With 10% off, they rounded the net price to $70. We waited for a sunny day to evaluate the qualify of their work. We found many streaks, but all were on the INSIDE surface of the windows. We will definitely have them back twice a year. We will probably have them do the inside surfaces as well.

They are really tremendous people. They are very nice. I have used them multiple times in the past. They are excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone that is highly efficient and hard working to clean their windows.

What was so great about the service is that they worked with my schedule, arrived early and I was able to leave for work. The job was finished before I needed to leave and looked great. I would recommend SOW anyone wanting to get their windows wash and have it done quickly

I contacted S.O.W. Window Cleaning to come out and give me an estimate and they came out two days later and gave me an estimate of $190. We have 30 windows which includes one door, 4 oversized windows and 3 extra large windows. On the scheduled date of service they arrived 10 minutes early and completed the work within two hours. The gentleman was very professional and carefully worked around furniture and window treatments. Once he finished he gave me the invoice which matched the estimate of $190. The windows look great and I will use them again!

If there had been a plus to add to the "A" I would have done that. Our windows were overdue for a cleaning. SOW window arrived on time, the personnel were friendly and efficient. The windows and screens looked dazzling when they left. I had forgotten to ask them to clean the screens on the porch. They are old, very very dirty and fixed into frames so there is no taking them out. I had tried to clean them, but, no matter what I used I could always run my finger along the screen and see dirt. So, although I knew SOW could do a better job than I was able to do, I really didn't have any expectations. When I returned home I was amazed. Not only did the screens look great without any dirt on my finger, but SOW had wiped down the frames and a few of the hanging items. They went beyond my expectations and their scope of work. I was overjoyed. Now, I sit on my porch now and the room seems brighter and the birds and trees outside the porch are clearer. I would recommend SOW Windows to anyone looking for a solid company with a great product. In addition I believe their best attribute is their strong customer service focus. With this company you don't have to choose. As a consumer you can have it all.

Roy and his co-worker were very polite and got the job done in a very timely manner. Worked around a couple of schedule changes to accomoadte us. Only issue I had was I would have liked to have the screens cleaned off while work was being done. Overall a great job on the windows. The S.O.W. team arrived earlier than scheduled (which I was fine with). They introduced themselves and were very professional & friendly. They cleaned my windows in a timely manner and did a wonderful job-spotless! The only flow in their service was that they did not reinstalled the screen properly. Some fell out of the windows and I had to replace them myself.

They are very friendly and did a good job in a timely manner. They pointed out which screens need replaced due to hard water damage and suggested where to go to find places to purchase replacement screens. They are reasonably priced and honored an Angie's List coupon from the publication. I had to cancel the original appointment, but they worked with me to reschedule and worked around scheduling difficulties without any hassle.

I was really impressed. The crew showed up a little early and got started setting up before I arrived. They worked together well and supported each other, making them really efficient. They were very professional, clean and careful with my old house and creaky old wooden windows. The windows were beautiful when these guys left.
