+ -1 moreRoy cleaned my windows inside and out and did a great job. I was surprised by how clean they looked afterward! No streaks! Roy was courteous, professional, and non-intrusive. He kept the area he was working in very clean and left no trail behind. The only thing I would change is to ask to have the woodwork at the bottom of the windows cleaned. I think they provide this service at an additional charge (although I didn't think to ask about it when getting the estimate). I was on a budget so I don't mind skipping it for now. I'm planning to get my windows cleaned regularly now instead of once every five years... Now I hope it doesn't rain!

It is one of the best things you can do for your home is seeing the out side clean and clear. Thanks Gar for the great job!

Description of Work: They came out and gave us an estimate for exterior window cleaning. They did the windows the same day they gave us an estimate and they also cleaned the skylights. We set up an account so they will come 3 times a year which I felt real secure doing.

They were very attentive to keeping the inside of our apartment clean since he had to go inside and outside several times; he was very careful not to bring dirt in. I would recommend them to anybody.

Description of Work: I love this company and have been using them twice a year for several years. They are very professional, do a fantastic job, punctual and charge a fair price. Also, I have always felt they were trustworthy - this is important to me because they are in every room of our home. In the spring, they clean outside & inside the windows, screens, skylights, etc. In the fall, they clean the outside of our windows. I have referred them over & over again - everyone has been very pleased.. The company I used previously used subcontractors (different people each time our windows were cleaned), they cancelled at the last minute twice when I had taken a 1/2 day off of work to be home with them and they charged at least 1/3 more for a lesser quality work.

Description of Work: The windows and screens are spotless. He arrived on time after giving us an estimate several months ago. He quickly washed all of the screens in the driveway using the equipment in his truck. He then went throughout our home washing each and every window(38) and door(10) and stormdoor(3) in our home. + -1 moreThe initial estimate was made in May and I did not have to be here for that. The downside is that this is a very busy company so I had to wait until the end of July for the work to be done. But they are excellent and they are worth waiting for. I moved into this condo late spring. The windows looked like they hadn't been touched in years. S.O.W. crew did a great job - had to work really hard to untstick windows and clean debris from some sills. Nice, hard-working professional crew. Now that I'm on the list, I'll have them back every year.

+ -1 moreThis is a wonderful company! They did an excellent job on some very OLD and very DIRTY windows! They were quick, professional, and careful. They even took a broken storm window to be repaired for me, and they came back and replaced it when they were done. During the cleaning, a very cheap picture frame fell over and the glass broke; they replaced that glass for me, even though it was completely unnecessary! I'll be calling them again and again for cleaning!

They were so courteous and even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was pleased. Also, once you become a customer of theirs, there’s an option of being on their preferred customer list, so then you’ll be able to have a first choice for specific dates. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer of theirs!

+ -1 moreSOW Window Cleaning was easy to work with and did a nice job on our windows. They provided an estimate the same day I called and even agreed to put in all the screens we had just rescreened. There was approximate a month wait after receiving the estimate until they were able to do the job, but I was fine with that. They called the day before the appointment as a reminder. The day of the appointment, they called to let me know they were running a bit behind schedule, but they did show up and performed great work. I would definitely hire them again, and likely will next spring or summer.
