They do outstanding work and are very protective of your property and always wear booties inside the house. The person who performed the work was outstanding!

They were able to work me and fairly quickly. Very professional. The gentleman actually showed up a few minutes early the day of job, and he worked all day. Did such a fantastic job, I am beyond impressed! I actually felt bad about using the Angie's List coupon.... Price was extremely fair. My windows have never looked this clean!! They did an excellent job. The rep came on time and took his time to insure he did a thorough job. All the windows look really good. i thought the price was excellent especially with the time he spent and the detailed work he did. I would use them again.

Where do I start? The best experience yet the estimate was the very day I called. Jim arrived early on the morning we set and I was impressed from the very beginning to the end. We would highly recommend SOW Window Cleaning. They were very prompt to respond with an estimate and getting the work scheduled. When the windows were cleaned, they did a very good job plus they pointed out some issues that they saw around the windows that they recommended we look in to (the caulking had cracked and we had a gap where moisture could be getting in). We would recommend them to our friends and plan on using them again.

en. When we called to set an appointment we asked to be notified if an earlier cancellation occurred. It did, and they came when they said they would be here. Roy worked on the insides and his associate did the outsides. There was no mess and the work was done to our complete satisfaction, including the skylight in the kitchen. they removed and replaced the inside screens and returned everything to its prior location. Roy (inside) obviously enjoys his work and that shows in the care he took. They will call us to remind us and schedule a Spring cleaning, which on the basis of our experience, we will probably take them up on.

They were very timely. They were very, very nice. He brought one helper. They did very good job and did everything in a timely manner. He gave me a lot of information about himself and the business. I felt very safe letting them come into my home. I would use them again in the future.

My mother-in-law was at the house while the work was being done (I was out of town), so my review is based on the feedback I got from her. She commented that the workers were on-time and very professional. "They were great!" I got to see the finished work later on, and was very pleased. Would use them again, and would be happy to recommend them.

Excellent. We had tough stains on the windows from a recent power washing by our house painter. They used a special solution on the tough stains and returned to redo two windows where the first cleaning left streaks which were only visible in direct sunlight late in the day.

2 very nice, professional guys did the work. One worked inside and one outside. My windows have not looked this good in a long time. I would absolutely recommend this window cleaning service. As a matter of fact, I am going to get on their semi-annual schedule.

They did a great job. First of all they arrived on time and the scheduled date. I worked with one company that cancelled 4 times. The windows in my home are difficult to reach. I have skylights and windows that were behind tall bushes. My kitchen window is below a pond and I am not sure how they managed to reach it. The windows also remain clean for quite a while. They must use a magic solution because dirt does not stick. I literally dusted one window and it came clean. I wish I had that magic solution. Super Job.

I've used SOW for a few years now, as many of my windows are too high to reach. They always arrive on-time, are pleasant and professional, and do an excellent job. The price is competitive. I will continue to use them in the future.

I bid two companies. SOW's bid was $64 lower than the other, 20% less. The service person arrived and got right to work. He was pleasant to work with. We chatted a bit as he worked on the inside windows. He was done in three hours. Windows looked great. He even cleaned the screen on the back sliding door, even though that wasn't included in the estimate. All the screens were put back on. He was very careful around our household items. I will definitely use them the next time for window cleaning. Will recommend them to others as well.

S.O.W did a wonderful job for us! They were early for the job...imagine that...early!!! The service providers were quick, polite, and friendly. Since we had recently bought our home, they even offered suggestions for fun summer and fall activities in the area. The windows looked beautiful, and we will definitely have them out again.

They did a great job. They were very professional and the windows look like knew. You can’t even tell there is a window there. Even after rain the windows stayed spot free. They use some type of specialty formulated cleaner that keeps the rain from spotting on the windows. The windows remained spot free after a heavy rain.

Of the dozens of windows cleaned, all were crystal clear when Roy and his son left. The son worked outside and on a ladder. There was an especially remarkable contrast with regards to sliding glass door clarity. When I've had it cleaned recently by others, sunshine on it proved otherwise. When Roy cleaned it, it was excellent. While in the house Roy wore booties and used towels to keep floors dry and wiped frames dry. There was only one place where a single drop of water ran partway down a window after he left.
