S.O.W. Window Cleaning

Sent email through Angie's List to S.O.W. Call back came within a few hours. Asked for a quote. Quote provided next day after visit to our home. Exterior window washing only. The appointment was on time. The work was well done. The person cared about plantings around the home. Have asked for repeat service with this company. Great experience. Professional, easy, and quick response.

They did a fantastic job. I have finally found a window washing company that I will go back to year after year. I had to wait a while for an appointment, because I called relatively late in the spring. But it was worth the wait. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the windows, they did it in record time! In the past, it has taken people all day to do the windows. S.O.W. did them in 2.5 hours and did a better job than previous companies I have used.

They did an excellent job and were really great. The person who did the work was very nice.

Had them previously, arrived early - ok. "Slider" windows. Previously opened windows and brushed tracks at my request, listed on order. This individual did not open windows and brush tracks, otherwise, very professional.

They showed up on time, did a great job, and stuck to their estimate. I would suggest them to anyone and would use them again.

One person came out and it took a couple of hours the first time; the second time it was about 45 minutes. They did a good quality job both times. I was extremely pleased and they left the area clean. I'd say they are very polite, very friendly, very professional, in uniform and a marked van and had everything they needed.

The cleaning went very well, arrived on time, and was completed in two hours. We heartily recommend SOW and will have them again next year. Keep up the good work.

They were great. Showed up right on time and cleaned the windows and screens. I would hire them again.

They did a good job cleaning the windows. However, some of the windows in interior doors was not done as well as exterior windows. We did not notice the problems until after he was gone. They returned to correct the problem and did an excellent job. Their request was to let them know if we were ever unhappy and they will return to correct the problem. My wife and I were pleased with their work and plan to use them again.

Gar arrived on time (actually a little early). Very professional. Explained what cleaner he was using and proceeded to do the work. I had all the outside windows, the inside (high) family room window and the hall light fixture cleaned. Will definitely use SOW in the future.

The windows were cleaned, the screens were not (perhaps not part of the process). Two of our blinds were pulled from their brackets but nothing was said to me and I did not see until after the SOW left. Several of the window sills were left with dirty water marks that should have been wipred clean. Not overly impressed with the service.

Came out immediately and performed an estimate. I got two estimates, and S.O.W. was cheaper, so we went with them. I didn't need the work done for several weeks (I teach and wanted to wait until school was out), so it was easy to find an appropriate date. The provider was on time for the appointment and very courteous. He wore booties inside the house--I never would have known he'd been inside except for the clean windows! Was glad that they took care of removing and replacing the screens. In the estimate, the provider had suggested I might need special cleaning on certain windows stained by the screens (for an extra charge). During the cleaning, the provider clearly spoke with me about it ahead of time. He offered to clean the window regularly to see if it was acceptable; if not, he then said he could re-clean a window with the special solution free of charge for comparison so I could decide if I wanted to spend the extra amount. It turned our the regular cleaning was fine, but I appreciated him being upfront. Windows looked great when he was finished. The job was finished quickly and without any hassle on my part. Would use again.

The gentleman was courteous and professional. Our windows were very dirty and we couldn't be more pleased with the results!

I can't say enough positive things about the job that was completed and the quality of the work. He showed up promptly, worked quickly and efficiently and was very good about not making any mess in the house. I will be using them again the next time I need the windows washed.

They were really good. Their attention to details stood out the most to me. I would tell others that they were very good. I will get them back again. The price was a little bit expensive.

Some of our windows were too high for us to reach so we knew we needed some help and the luxury of having a window washer. We called S.O.W. because of their rating on Angie's list and closeness to our home. When we called they were booked until late June but later called that they had a Saturday cancellation in May which worked well for us. Roy came on time and did a great job, the windows look wonderful. We will make this a regular event on our calendar.

Great. Fast, efficient and personable staff. A few streaks but nothing major.

We had set up an appointment based upon their prior ratings on Angie's list and Susan stated that they were booked and could come out in about 3 weeks. As we have never cleaned our windows in the 8 years we've been in the house, we could easily wait. Susan stated that if they had an opening or a cancellation, she would call and let us know. Lo and behold a couple of days later an opening came up and we had the cleanest, brightest windows ever! The work took about 2 to 3 hours and we were very happy with the work and results! We have already recommended S.O.W. to our friends and will not hesitate to use them again, once again the ratings and quality of work by Angie's list was "A" one!!! Thanks Susan!

I picked SOW Window Cleaning because they were ranked high on Angie's list with great reviews. I scheduled a cleaning a few months out, but I asked to get put on their waiting list. Fortunately, I got called about a cancellation and they got me in a lot sooner. I was very happy about that since we had company coming in the next week. I would highly recommend you book far in advance! He showed up on time and was very courteous. He used booties when walking inside the house. I explained the job to him and he explained the process and what he does. He was very flexible in requests - we had him do the baby nursery out of order since baby was going to nap soon. He did a VERY detailed job. I had ~30 windows and it took 4+ hours. The windows looked pristine after he was done and there was no wet spots on the carpet/hardwood. . I feel the price was very reasonable for the quantity of windows and the amount of detail in the work. In addition, their price was lower or about the same as two other competitors I got quotes with. I would highly recommend SOW and will be booking with them again next year.

S.O.W Window Cleaning is EXCELLENT! You will be so happy that you hired them. They do not use subcontractors. The work is done by two brothers and their friend of 30 years. They are honest, trustworthy, and VERY hardworking. I wanted a company who has employees who I can trust to have inside my home. The windows are crystal clean. We are so happy with the work! They provided a free estimate, scheduled a date with the option of filling in more quickly with a cancellation waiting list, arrived on time, cleaned the windows inside and outside, cleaned the window sills, and even wore shoe covers to make sure the inside of my house did not get dirty.
