Description of Work: Moved a full functioning player piano from our lower level to my son's house on the first floor. |Also moved a large "bookcase" of player rolls, which was very heavy. |Required four men to make the move. |Top notch movers. Can highly recommend.

Description of Work: They moved a baby grand piano for the basement of a residence in Cincinnati to an apartment in Clevelan Ohio. When I called they worked hard to find another job to coordiante with so our cost would be lower. At times I thought he was a little over responseive,but he did work it out for me. I was also nervous watching them move this piano up the stairs & a small radius turn,but they worked as a team. Some of the appearance of some of the crew left me a little nervous,but the leads appeared professional and experienced.

Description of Work: Beginning to end it went very smoothly. |My only dislike, was that they scheduled a visit at the end of the day on the night before. They were in the area and thought better to come survey the awkwardness of the move, then give me an exact fee before moving it the next morning. They didn't show, or cancel, the survey appointment; however, showed up on time the day of the move. I was offered and charged the minimum fee to make up for their oversight.

+ -1 moreI HAVE NO IDEA AS TO THE APPROPRIATENESS OF THE PRICE AS I HAVE NOT HAD A PIANO MOVED BEFORE. IT SEEMED REASONABLE AND THEY DELIVERED THE PIANO DURING A TIME THAT FIT MY SCHEDULE RATHER THAN VICE VERSA. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT.
