SIDEWALK SHOP CONCRETE

He (Victor) came out and was very nice and pleasant. He underbid and was the cheapest of 3 estimates. With his demeanor and prices, he assured me he was in this to service his customers, not make money. He poured my sidewalk in one day. I was able to walk on it right away per his instructions. The next day I was made aware of broken corner on the concrete. I notified him immediately and he came out to patch it, while I was at work, and I called him to let him know the patch was unsatisfactory. On the estimate I was only charged for a certain amount of concrete, when the concrete was delivered, he had ordered more and signed my credit card slip and i was charged an extra 66.00 for the concrete. I called him after the patchwork and requested that it be corrected and the extra concrete that had been left all over my driveway, he informed me that I was expecting something for nothing and that I should not call anymore.
