 + -1 moreFantastic!! Tim's bid was a fraction of what other contractors bid. Tim was great at offering suggestions such as installing drainage for flower beds in the wall, improving drainage between the wall and patio foundation, reducing cost, etc. He and his crew were great to work with; very punctual and fast. Finished product is beautiful - I will love spending time on my patio this spring and summer.
Description of Work: Replace and repair brick wall around patio.

 + -1 moreThe brickwork looks great, and I am really pleased. He was straightforward and professional. After he completed the work (I was not around when he did the job), he came back to follow-up and make sure I was satisfied with the job. I received a few quotes from other masons for the same job, and he correctly predicted that they would ask more than twice what he quoted. I do plan to work with him again and would absolutely recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Mr Sickman inspected the chimneys on my house. One needs to be rebuilt, which he was too busy to do. However, he did patch it up to hold it over until we can schedule a true fix. He took down the other chimney which was leaking. He removed an old window and installed new, smaller windows, using the bricks from the chimney to fill in.
