They don’t come in and try to work a deal. I don’t think my realtor really worked for me.

Our agent is has been great. She is on top of things. I highly recommend them.

I thought she was wonderful. She was very responsive and professional in terms of being able to communicate with her via e-mail, phone calls, or text message. I just enjoyed working with her. I felt she's very straightforward and honest and helped us do what needs to be done and get our house sold.

Agent was focused on helping from the start and made it possible for us to list, hold open. sell and CLOSE within 25 days once it was remodeled. Would use Jim again without fail.

Neil Lobert is our agent at Sibcy Cline Realtors. He was very in tuned to what we were looking for. He was professional, friendly and fun to work with. He worked very hard for us to find the house that we needed and also worked hard during negotiations.

My family was recently relocated to Cincinnati from the Chicago area. We retained Chrissy Ward as our real estate buying agent after our relocation company hooked us up with her to show my wife around Cincinnati and help familiarize us with the real estate market and the various communities in the area. Since we were not familiar with the area at all and our time to look at homes was extremely limited, it was important to strike a balance between seeing a sufficient number of homes in several communities in a timely manner. Chrissy was completely up to the task and was spectacular in managing this process. Although this required a marathon house hunting week, Chrissy was patient and accommodating. The overall house finding process was made longer by an initial contract that fell through on inspection. Chrissy took this in stride and we were able to complete house-hunting marathon 2.0 a couple of weeks later. This second excursion unfortunately required bringing our 2yr old along, but Chrissy was most helpful with keeping him busy (and keeping an eye on him) while we toured homes. It was very much appreciated. Overall, we must have stepped foot in over 50 homes. Chrissy was a trooper throughout. Her ability to work the phone and keep us moving along with appointments, inspections, etc was amazing. Chrissy Ward of Sibcy Cline Realtors is a consummate real estate professional and I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again.

We sold our house in mid June. It was just a percentage of the price that we had to pay her. When we bought the house, the guy who was selling it was kind of crazy but Karen handled everything very professionally. She was very quick to respond and was very proactive. She worked very well with us given that we had a dog and with things around the house is not an easy thing. She was very good at communication and we could always reach her. She even went out the country for a while when our house was getting sold. She was able to have somebody fill in for her who picked right up where she left off which was wonderful. Normal people charge six or seven percent but she charged a point below that. I don't plan on moving back to Ohio but I guess I probably would use her again. The previous owner was just not cooperative and she had some financial problems. Karen jumped in there, helped with everything and got the deal done.

I purchased the house for $136000. The real estate agent was very knowledgeable and went over and above to help me sell my house and buy the new one. The only interaction I had with this company was through the real estate agent Robert Hadden who was excellent and he went way out of his way. I paid the agent commission which was pretty much standard.

I can't say enough great things about Lisa! She listened and didn't waste my time showing me houses that didn't match what I wanted. Lisa was flexible with her schedule, didn't pressure me on anything, and helped me through the entire process. I am a first time home buyer so there was a great deal I didn't know. Lisa answered all my questions on writing an offer, insurance, mortgages, closings, etc. I highly recommend working with Lisa to find your next home!

I disliked their service because they didn't do what they were supposed to when they were suppose to do it. They wanted to blame everyone else but themselves when things went wrong. We almost didn't close when we were suppose to. They were incompetent as well as unpleasant. They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
