 + -1 moreNegative experience. I don't recommend this realtor agency. Agent didnt know what was doing, how to deal with multiple offers, how to stage my property, etc. the whole process was super negative therefore you will be better served with a different agency.

 + -1 moreI have been involved with 6 personal home purchases over several years & this was the most stressful transaction.
Description of Work: Sibcy handled the sellers account. Our realtor with Huff had problems getting timely information and cooperation from the Sibcy Cline rep. She seemed to be avoiding communicating with our rep until the very last minute. Some of the comments in her emails seemed to be demeaning to my wife & I.

 + -1 moreWe worked with Peggy Kuhn. She showed the house once and it was sold. It was a very old house and looked like a showplace when we were done remodeling and she did a great job selling it. She did a lot of calling and found the perfect buyers.

 + -1 moreCelia Carrol was really good. She listened to me. She helped me the houses I wanted. If I was online and found a house that I wanted to look at, she didn't try to talk me out of it. She helped me through decision making, and deciding which houses we wanted to look at. She was a very good negotiator, when it came to purchasing my house. We got the house for less than they built it for. She was recommended through a friend. I would use her again in the future.
