About us

I started Sheer White Cleaning over 25 years ago to fulfill a void in specialty cleaning. As a licensed dietitian and facility manager working primarily in medical facilities, I saw a need for a higher caliber of cleaning service. My staff and I have developed unique and comprehensive processes for all phases of both commercial and residential properties. We have a list of long time customers and great references we are very proud of. We specialize in medical clinics and facilities as well as specialty commercial complexes. Our residential associates are experienced in all sizes of homes, condominiums and apartments from a 300 SF efficiency to a 40,000 SF mansion. We emphasize continuity throughout our services and will make sure the same associates are providing you friendly familiar service. I personally establish the cleaning process and training which is custom designed for your property. We provide flexibility that no other cleaning companies offer from one time spruce ups to regular scheduled cleaning contracts in the time frame that fits your particular needs from once every month to daily services at any time 24/7. We provide turnover cleanings for property managers and residential property cleaning in preparation for the sale of your property. We also offer both hard and soft floor cleaning and restoration.

Our experience with Sheer White was horrible. I called the number listed on my Amazon Local voucher three times one day and twice the next day and no one ever answered. I left a message and no one ever called me back. My husband called the next week and they said they'd have to check schedule availability and call him back. They didn't call back until late evening the next day; even then, they still hadn't checked availability. So they promised to call him back the next day to finally schedule an appointment but they never did! We got a refund from Amazon (thank you, Amazon!) because it was such a hassle just to get ahold of them. I was amazed by their lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: The provider did not perform any services because she could not even call us back to schedule an appointment.

After reviewing our records, we have found this customer was scheduled for a cleaning during the month of May however they called and cancelled their appointment. We did not hear back from them to reschedule nor were we able to reach them in order to reschedule their appointment. Their introduction to our services was through a coupon special for half off our services at $79 run with Amazon Local on the internet, which was a savings of over $80. Amazon does not return money to individuals, they leave it up to the company to do so and we have not been contacted with this request. Since the cancellation of their appointment the offer they purchased has expired, even though we would have honored it prior to this complaint. We offer guaranteed satisfaction with our services and return all customer calls. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have outstanding customer service along with long standing clients that have been with us for over 20 years.
