Overall from start to finish was very good. Arrived on time, very professional, began work and continued until the job was completed.

I had used them for a shed in my previous home and called to see if they would build a fence in my new home. They didn't have this as an option on the website but since my previous expereience was great , I wanted to see if they would be interested in this project. They came the same day to look at the yard and provided an estimate. Their estimate was significantly lower than the other 2 companies I contacted. They showed up on time the day of installation and complted it in two daysy. The weather was cold but that did not stop them. They are proffessional and customer focused. The fence looks great and I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company were very nice to work with. They arrived on time, and completed the work in the time they had quoted. The I am very pleased with the shed, it was exactly as I was expecting.

I did an extensive amount of research on area shed builders/manufacturers and looked through many designs/plans. I was considering a builder from Amish country, but decided to check Angie's list before I did - that's how I found Shedi-masters. I looked through their website & saw the wide variety of work the did. Other places I had looked had somewhat limited options on what you could add to their sheds (they usually offered low, medium, and high end lines) and I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. Not with Shedi-masters - they will custom build anything you want them to & for a cheaper price than other places I could find. Another benefit of having your shed built on site with these guys is that they will do all the leveling for you (other places that deliver will tell you that you need to do the ground prep before they arrive). Without a doubt, Shedi-master provided the best value around! On the downside, however, the owner was very slow responding to e-mails and following up in general. My first contact was through the website - that took about 10 days until I received a call from John S. Then, after discussing my ideas him, we talked about schedule and set a tentative date. He requested that I send him an e-mail documenting specifically what I wanted. I did so that night & it seemed like it went into a black hole. A couple of weeks later I asked him if he received my e-mail & if he was still planning on coming out on the date we talked about - his response was a simple 'Yes'. I was never really sure if John was coming out - he never sent me a final quote or contract. It wasn't until about 2 days before the work was scheduled that he called me about rescheduling (I was almost at the point of saying don't bother). I did reschedule for 10 days later - he had his supplier drop off materials 2 days before the job (first sign it was going to happen) & they showed up on a Monday. When they did show up to my house to start construction, John brought out a crew of 3 other guys. They were able to knock out my shed in about 10 hours - they moved at an impressive speed (they make all the cuts, framing, etc on site) and did quality work We were very happy with the way the shed turned out & glad we stuck it out. If John hired himself someone to handle the phone calls & scheduling, I think it would greatly help out with the responsiveness & professionalism of his company - I think he just tries to do too much himself... I would highly recommend Shedi-masters, but just keep in mind response times are slow...

Excellent work. They showed up on time and completed the job in half a day. I gave them the paint numbers from Lowes and they came back that weekend and painted the shed. I could not be happier with the work. My only complaint was getting hold of the owner to schedule the appointment. We traded several emails and he finally called me and we scheduled a date. I was expecting the contract to be emailed to me before hand because that is what we agreed upon. Did not receive the contract until 2 days before the work was to be done and had to reschedule because I assumed they were not coming. After that everything went great. Owner followed up several times and I am now very happy.

Very poor customer service. He did not call back as he stated he would on two different occasions.

Talked with John and explained the work. He asked me to send him the details in an e-mail via their website (which I did) and he would be out the next day to estimate it. He never showed up. Called two days later, left a message and he never returned my call. If this is the way he treats potential customers when he's trying to earn their business, I can only imagine how bad it gets once he has some of your money.

Contacted Shed-I-Master to install a shed in my back yard and John quickly returned my call. We had a phone consultation about what I wanted and he was able to throw together a price within minutes and send me a statement of work and the price. The total cost was $1530 for 10x10x10 shed with vents, a window and a loft. They were extremely professional, did a great job and hands down beat the competition as far as pricing and the quality of materials. They fit me into their schedule with no promise, called ahead to verify our appointment and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Exceptional job and worth every penny. Great job.

John's crew was professional but friendly. I was a little afraid because of the low price but was glad I tood a chance because the quality was just fine. If I ever need another shed, John would be the first person I'd call.

Very professionally

It went very well. John reviewed photos of the shed via email, then came to the site to check on a few items. He set a date to begin the project, told us it would take two days, and it did. He started and completed the work right on schedule. The shed had to be raised off the ground, the old supports removed, new footers dug, concrete poured, then the bracing installed, the shed put back, etc. The job was well done.

I had done my research, John's website was the best out there, with many examples and great reviews. Once I contacted him via email, I had a response within 24hrs. He came out and did a site survey and provided an estimate that night via email. We scheduled the build, and did have some rain delays (pouring day after day) but got it done three days later after weather cleared, which was a Saturday. His crew was very professional and friendly. The fit and finish of my shed is excellent, all debris was cleared as though they were never there. I would recommend John to anyone.

From the very beginning working with John was a pleasure. I called him on a Tuesday, he came out on a Thursday and did a site survey and sent me the estimate in a detailed contract that evening via email. We scheduled the work for the following Thursday. John and his crew arrived on-site on schedule and did a great job on the shed. They were very professional in the work as well as the clean-up after.

When I called for an estimate I received a response the same day. They came the following day providing all the various alternateives There was room to customize as well which I was an extra plus. They called prior to the delivery date to confirm and showed up on the scheduled date. They were able to complete the shed in one day and it looks great. They left their work area in good condition. The prices are unbeatable. Overall, this was a very positive experience. They were responsive, proffessional, and reliable. On top of all that they by far had the best prices out there.
