Very well. Very professional, forthright, and personable. He did a little more work than anticipated, but did not increase estimate. Also, cleaned up the areas after the work and made sure I was satisfied.

I had several dead tree in the very back of our yard. I had Shaw come out to give me a quote. While reviewing the situation we discussed several other tree's that did not have long to live. I asked Shaw to break out the quote into the two groupings, those I had to have removed and others that I may want to remove. In addition, I asked for no heavy equipment in our back yard. I did not want my yard destroyed in the process. This meant they used a pickup truck and trailer to remove all the material. I decided to have all the tree's removed so I would not have to deal with this again in a few years. I did get some other quotes. Their price was competitive, although still is a lot of money to pay, but wanted someone to do the job completely and safely. Shaw showed up when promised. Was very professional in their work. Did a lot of tree climbing to get all the tree's down. Did a great job getting everything down safely and with very minimal impact to our back yard. They did a great job cleaning up when done. All I could find was a few twigs left behind. This job took 2 days. After day one they cleaned up everything that they had worked on. Really took pride in their work.

That guy knows what he's doing. The guy comes when he says he will, he's very professional, and is mindful of doing damage to your home and shrubbery. He is willing to negotiate terms and conditions. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Dave and his team have been very responsive and professional. It was my first experience with a tree specialist in the US and I will definitely call Dave again.

Our area had a large windstorm that affected lots of people, including us. On Monday July 2 we called Shaw Tree Surgeons and left a message. On Tuesday July 3 the owner Dave Shaw called us and said he would look at it the next day. On Wednesday July 4 he came out and gave us an estimate. We gave him the go-ahead. On Saturday July 7 he came out with another worker and got the huge tree limb down, ran everything through a chipper, cleaned up the yard and was gone in less than half a day. We were very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the workers.

A large branch had broken on a tree in my front yard but had not fallen to the ground(not an emergency situation.) I called Mr. Shaw to give me an estimate. He arrived the next day, gave me an estimate and explained the overall health of the tree ( still good!) and within an hour he was at my house with his bucket truck and not only did they remove the hanging branch they cleaned up other branches to improve the health of the tree. They were very careful of my other landscaping and laid plywood down on my grass so there was no damage from the truck. They also trimmed up another tree at my request in the front yard. At the end they cleaned up everything and left my yard looking great. This is the third time I have used Shaw and I think they are great. They may not be the cheapest but David Shaw knows trees and what they need; he is insured and been in business a long time. I am planning on having some trees planted this spring and will certainly give him a call.

They have done work for me for at least ten years. They did some tree trimming and hauled away limbs until they finally took the tree down. It wasn't a cheap job, but they really did a great job. I had thousands of acorns on my lawn, and they cleaned up everything. They are very responsive to my needs. When I call them, they show up on the same day or the next day. They are close to where I live. Their prices are very good.
