Description of Work: Serene Aqua installed a beautiful paver patio in my back yard. I did pay for it many months before they were able to start the installation- that didn't matter to me but might to another customer. They installed a larger size and used a more expensive paver for "trim" at no additional charge. There is an upcharge for "excavation"- basically the prep work for the stone that was not included or clear in the wording of the "deal". Every job will have excavation so every job will have an upcharge. Once I got over that, I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the service they provided.

Description of Work: Unfortunately after leaving two messages for a quote I never heard back from them. I wasn't in a rush. Never calling back when their voice mail message says its important to them to return calls, was dissappointing.

 + 0 moreI got three different quotes for the wall and it seemed he understood more than anyone what I wanted. He paid attention to the budget and has not gone over. He didn't try to elaborate the design I had in mind. He knew what I wanted and got it done. I plan on using him for landscaping once the weather is better.
Description of Work: He put in a retaining wall and did a few minor fixes that another company failed to complete and he did not charge for those services.

 + -1 moreThey did an AMAZING job - Robert seemed so personally excited to show us the end product - we love that he had such pride in his work. He stayed true to his quote (despite the job requiring more complexity than planned) and he built his quote in such a way that we could do the installation in pieces (e.g. patio this year, wall next year, etc..) We recently had some slight settlement of the patio with the recent drought and he has indicated he'll be out this week to fix it for me. He stands behind his work 100%. We would definitely use him again. I received his name from a colleague at work - and I know why! He recently also did some landscaping and fountain/waterfall work for an HOA next to mine - it also looks amazing.
Description of Work: Robert and his crew installed an approximately 400 square foot tumbled paver patio for us including 2 back steps to transition from the back of the home onto the patio. The patio square at one end with a kidney shaped design at the other end - circular and square shapes involved. Price was after a $1800 coupon promotion Serene Aqua was running in a local circular.
