 + -1 moreHe was able to get this work done when I was told it could not be restored. It looks just like new. He really allowed me to save some money. He did an excellent job.
Description of Work: He restored some old wood around the window frames and a deck stairway.

 + 0 moreWe were very happy with Steve's work. He showed up early and did an excellent job. I didn't feel like he was suggesting unnecessary repairs to inflate the bill. His initial evaluation of our house was very thorough. We appreciated his attention to detail. We will definitely hire him in the future.
Description of Work: Evaluated, repaired, and replaced water damaged wood on house (soffits and trim). Cleaned chimney cap and furnace vent stacks. He also caulked repaired areas and applied 2 finished coats of paint.
