Quick response with same day service call. The technician was great…. Courteous and professional! Also, they fixed the problem during the service visit and made a change so we can deal with clogs ourselves. Would highly tecommend.

Repair - Toilet was leaking due to incorrect wax washer used when originally installed (not done by this company). Technician replaced washer and re-installed toilet. No leaking reported.

A very committed company right from the get go. Sales consultant was very knowledgeable, courteous and listened to my needs. The solution made sense. The installation team was clearly well experienced and capable, adjusting to the constraints of my house but not sacrificing at all on quality. The only minor hiccups were understandable. After arriving and evaluating the situation they didn't have the electric filter size they were going to use in stock and they did scratch a door trying to squeeze my old condenser unit through my house (I have no outside access to the unit and they were forced to go through the house). Even then, this company lives up to its end and is evaluating how to make things right when it comes to the missing part and minor damage.

Their page says that estimates are free. But they require a trip charge of $87 or $89, which is refunded if they do the work quoted. If not, there is no refund. How can something be "free" if the only way you can get it is to pay them for it? It can't! Saying their estimates are free is totally inaccurate.

I discovered my sewer line backed up in my basement and garage on Monday evening. I called Tuesday morning to have them come out. I talked to a nice young women who said they could not come out same day, but would be out on Wednesday. I asked what time and she said she did not know but they would call me 30 minutes ahead when they were on their way. About 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday I had not received a call and no one had showed up. I called to follow up and they said that they had me on the schedule for Thursday morning. I said that will not work because I have two work meetings scheduled. They said the first they could get out was Friday afternoon. I was very upset because I have sewage in my basement where I have my laundry, treadmill and cat litter box. I am in my basement everyday. I am a business women and understand that mistakes can happen, it's how you resolve them. I talked to the male customer service rep and EMPHASIZED how UPSET I was and I wanted a manager or owner to call me and explain the breakdown. He said that they were going to close in 11 minutes. OK, I still want someone to call me. I would have expected someone to call me right away but I guess 5 o'clock is closing time whether you had caused a potential customer an inconvenience or not. I never heard from anyone, ever. I potentially have 10K+ of repairs to give my business to someone. It won't be this company.

They called to move up their repair schedule as they had a cancellation and I approved the new appointment.. When they came I explained the problems I was having. They assesed the problems and showed me what was the problem. They gave me a price for both repairs and I approved. They completed the whole process in less than 2 hours.

Very satisfied. Repaired it quickly and didn’t charge for the Teflon tape only the service call.
