They provided quick and professional service. They were able to move my install date up due to a last minute cancel. Very good company and would recommend them in the future.

Everything went well. They showed up on time, got the job done in a timely manner and they did a great job. Our system works wonderfully now, keeping our whole house a much more consistent temperature.

Horrible. The first technician arrived on time, but was new in the industry and ended up wiring my system backwards - causing problems with my system, and being unable to heat my house in the middle of the winter. After getting another technician to come back, they realized he wired it backwards and said they fixed it. Since that date, my electric bills have been considerably higher than usual - and now that we have made it to the summer, my air condition is not working properly (it can't even bring down my house 2 degrees and it 'ran' all night)! Needless to say, I am very dissapointed.

This was not an emergency, but the faucet had been leaking for some time, and after my failed attempts, I decided I needed to call the professionals. Gene was able to come out the same day, which was very impressive. He was friendly and explained what he was doing the whole time. Unfortunately, this pesky faucet did not want to go easily. Gene worked for a while to remove the bonnet nut and had to replace the handle as well as the cartridge (the screw holding the handle was so stripped that it had to be drilled out). He came back the next day to adjust the water temperature. Gene addressed my concerns about some water issues on the ceiling below and we came to the conclusion it was due to caulk missing about the spout in the shower. Once I recaulked the spout, no more issues.

The work was completed in a timely manner, Rick, my technician was clean, personable and very knowledgeable. Above all else, this is an honest company, I will use them again and have recommended them to many.

Seemed lengthy since I have not had any trouble with my furnace nor was any reported. Unfortunately, it broke down less than a month later.

Pete, a Sales Rep, gave us a few options and prices to look over. He was very knowledgeable and personable. There was no pressure, and the company offered good warranty on their products.

It went well. I felt bad for the guy though because a 30 minute service check turned into a whole day ordeal but he made sure it was working properly before he left.

The plumber was great--explained our options with no pressure and, when we decided what to do, performed the work more than competently. I was very happy with the work!

He was not here even 10 minutes and all he did was take a plunger. It was something that a non-plumber could have done, but I did not realize it. They charged me for a service call and their minimum is probably an hour's work and that was pretty expensive for what he did. He did what needed to be done. They came on a Friday evening. At the same time they schedule a furnace inspection they schedule a plumbing inspection, which is nice, but I did not have time that day. I can call them anytime and they will come and inspect my plumbing, but they charge full price. I don't get a special price other than just the free inspection twice a year so I would use somebody else for the service. I have a service agreement with them for both the heating, air conditioning and plumbing. He cleaned up after himself well.

We have had them a long time and we did not get them through Angie's List. We are very pleased with them. We have a yearly service agreement so the charges for the furnace checkup were included in the agreement. Their prices are okay for the furnace but they now do plumbing. I had them once for plumbing and their price for that is a bit high for that. One person came to do the checkup. They are always here a good half hour, 30-40 minutes. They do a good job. They are very thorough and they have to get up in our crawl space where the furnace is. It is a small space and they always bring out some of the insulation -- they can't help that it is going to fall down -- but they always clean that up.

The news was not good furnace is shot as well as my air conditioner however explain every detail to me gave me the pricings for fixing it what are you component will cost as well as the price of replacement I really do appreciate that he also explained to the time to explain what was wrong with it amazing

Went above and beyond to take care of the problem -took more than one visit. My dogs loved him and they don't like everyone! The gentleman who does followup calls is a gem!!

It turned out very well. It seems to work because I haven't had the problems with breathing so much this year. We had it installed and it seems to be reasonably priced and it seems to do the job. We have two houses and I paid for them to have both houses serviced, one is $65.00 and the other I paid the regular price I think for just $79.00 or something like that. We talked to them and they didn't pushed anything down on our throat so to say, but they suggested this and we decided for our home around $75.00, that it'l be a good idea, and it seems like it has done the job plus he noticed that our furnace wasn't operating in it's most efficient, and whatever he's done has had my electric bills gone down. I've put them all an A because they were here, they did the job, and he re-adjusted the furnace. I carry a home warranty package, I think the home warranty does not have the maintenance, and what I like about this place is the call us back to see how everything was going a couple of different times. They were here right away. They left the area fine.

Dependable, fair price, that's why I set up an annual contract.

Rep was a little too pushy to perform additional work. This turned into a "sales call" rather than a service call.

We were satisfied. They really did a nice job. They came out and were efficient. Just give them an A all the way through. They did great job.
