"[Member Name Removed], we apologize that you feel this way and you could be right. We apologize for the frustration of having to call other companies in. Our techs try to check hvac systems thoroughly and completely and then advise customers of their findings to make a decision on what they want to do. Here are the notes that the tech left on the ticket of findings. Not a way to try to sell, just system information that is real and exists. Not sure why the company that installed would have missed these items: Performed completed air conditioner precision tune-up. This includes: Checking thermostat operation, verified evaporator coil condition, inspected condensate drains, cleaned condenser coil, lubricated all moving parts, tightened and checked all electrical connections, monitored air conditioning refrigerant pressures for proper balance, measured cooling temperature drop, checked blower for cleanliness, checked airflow for proper levels, monitor starting capabilities and operation of compressor. Replaced filter with customer supply. Recommend sticking with the pleated filter. Humidifier does not have a damper. Recommend getting one installed to close the bypass in the summertime. Will help help with comfort. Cleaned condensate tub and flushed with bleach.I Added drain treatment tablets to coils pan and pump. Return static pressure (before filter): .1 Return static pressure (after filter): .41 Supply static pressure (before coil): .47 Supply static pressure (after coil): .3 TOTAL SYSTEM STATIC PRESSURE: .88"wc *Static pressure is the pressure inside your duct work which is created by the blower motor while it is running. Static pressure can be related to blood pressure in that, if you have healthy blood pressure you have the proper blood supply delivered through your circulatory system. This contributes to a healthy body. If you have poor static pressure, you do not have the proper air flow through your ventilation system and into your home. This contributes to poor equipment efficiency, comfort issues, and can be detrimental to the equipment itself. The target total-system static pressure is 0.50 inches of H2O. The total system static pressure is the sum of the return static pressure after the filter and the supply static pressure before the coil. Temperature Drop- 14' , 64'RT / 50'ST , 66%RH"
