Response from Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing Heating Air
Hello [Member Name Removed], We would like to thank you for taking the time to fill out a review of the services. I appreciate all of the feedback we receive. We would also like to apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that our technician showed up late in the day past your window of time. We appreciate that you still allowed us to come out. We were trying to make it clear to all of our customers the week of 06/08/2017 when services were provided to you that our Plumbing Manager had a heart attack and was in the hospital and one of our plumbers lost his wife to a battle with cancer and another plumber was off on vacation. We are a small family owned business and with all of the unexpected issues that arose that week, we tried to get to all of our customers. At one point we actually were referring customers to another plumbing company that we have a great partnership with. The Plumber who lost his wife is back to work, plumber that was on vacation did come back this week as well, and our plumbing manager is back to work and out of the hospital. We hope that this was just a one off and would love the opportunity to make it right for you. How can we do this? Would you like a more detailed bid? This is what was provided: Stack is leaking from 2nd floor bathroom down into basement. We will need to remove wall in 1st floor bathroom to find leak. If leak is below all branch tie ins, we will be able to replace stack down to basement floor, install a 4" cleanout and replace areas of piping on stack that are not upto code for $2500 If piping is bad above branch tie ins, we will need to redo and rough in new drainage piping for 2nd floor bathroom also. Total will be $4500
