It’s not so bad. I like the service. I have no idea what they could do better. They are fine with me now. The only time I had experience was having the vents cleaned.

The technician was great. Very professional and thorough. He arranged a follow-up for the system replacement estimate and that happened the following business day. I have a solid estimate and am working on the financing. The company has excellent financing options although I am choosing a different approach.

Upon beginning work on the clogged sink, the plumber stated that the stack needed to be replaced as the "iron stack was in need of replacement." Scheduled for replacement. While plumber was hammering into basement dry wall to find stack, I noticed that the stack was actually solid copper and showed no sign of decay or leaks. I said to the plumber that I did not believe the entire stack needed to be replaced. At that point my 78 year old mother, who I purchased the service for, called to me from the floor above. I went to see what she needed, when I came back the pumber had cut out the copper stack in multiple areas. He had also created a mess as all the muck in the stack, flew all over the basement. In addition to not waiting until I returned to approve the continued distruction, he cut an electric line with his sawzal. I believe this happened in his haste to cut the pipe out before I returned. However, this madness did not end, while he was testing the PVC stack he put in, he left the kitchen sink running, left the house and caused a flood in the kitchen. I was unaware he had left the water running while he was not supervising the area. I refused to pay until the electric was fixed, the water cleaned from the kitchen and the mess from the basement was cleared. He, as directed by his supervisor, attempted to get my credit card number and "not charge it until everything was taken care of." I refused. Frankly, if my time wasn't more valuable, I would take them to small claims for the entire amount of the purchase, as I feel the installation was unnessary, unprofessional and done with the lowest quality of skills possible. I would never use this service again and I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Went well. Jeff Spaulding arrived on time. Very professional. Explained additional services, but did not push. I did pay for an additional recharge of the coolant, but he said it was not an absolute necessity, but at the next check it would tell me if there's a leak if the level is low again.

I haven't had any problems for a while. I don't remember what it cost or why they were here.

they checked , tuned , refilled freon. It went fine. Freon is expensive, their time to to do additioal services seems expensive BUT I have not priced a large number of service providers doing identical service to be able to tell how it relates overall.

We had trouble getting filter to slide in properly. They were called to make an adjustment. They also had trouble with it fitting in the slot. The technician had brought with him a thin piece of metal that he was able cut to a proper size for the filter to easily slide in. This made changing the filter much easier. Schneller has been very responsive to our needs.

Tech was professional, and did his job well. I would use this company again.

It went better than I expected. They found in checking the venting, that I had a faulty sleeve which they repaired. This wouldn't have been found by someone doing a normal service. They did a great service. The only comment that I had was that they were slightly difficult to get scheduled, which is very reasonable given that it is the summer time.

An air conditioning tune-up on my new airconditioner only 2 years old cost over $280 after finding problems that did not exist. I called 2 businesses after the service from Schneller and was told they were upselling because they cannot make money on a $49 Angies List tune-up. The technician was at my house for 4 hrs. doing things that were not necessary and also advising that I 'may' need a new unit. The people that installed my system came out [for free] to check the work against the invoice and showed me the 'work' was unneeded. So very disappointed that some in the HVAC industry can be as dishonest as the auto repair industry

Mike quickly resolved the issue. He also checked the unit over to make sure all was in working order. He suggested a maintenance agreement which I purchased for twice a year check ups. I liked getting an email letting me know when he was on the way. Mike did a great job and was very friendly and professional.

Fine. I had an inspection done. He was very professional and punctual. He left me with recommended repair estimate.

Since he was there I had him look at a leaking toilet and gave suggestions. I thought my bathroom upstairs was leaking and he said I needed putty around the tub. I will use them for any plumbing problem I have.

We were very satisfied with the service and will use them again.

I was pleased with the work. The technician responded to all requests and offered a maintenance plan for consideration. The only glitch was in scheduling the visit. I didn't get a response to my email order so this had to be done by phone, which was more time consuming.

Also, I would have preferred getting an email of the questionnaire before the visit. Overall the technician did an excellent job, including changing the filter and advice on how to improve the efficiency of my air conditioner.

They were professional, informative, and more affordable than other quotes.
