Went well main floor drain was snaked and clog cleared.

We've been using Schneller ever since we moved into our house for tuneups. They have always provided excellent service, and are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Pre-Appointment, I requested they send out someone knowledgeable to sell me on purchasing an air cleaner/scrubber system. I was NOT impressed with the level of sales that I received, or the pricing that accompanied the low level of sales. My only advice when selling solutions to indoor air quality issues - don't rely on the brochure to make the sale. Explain why the product you rep is the best, what needs to happen for installation, how long, etc. Ensure that the price lines up with the explanation.

I am fully satisfied in my furnace tune-up by Schneller. The Technician, Eric Mullins, was knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to communicate some of the working parts of my furnace in an easy to understand way. I also felt that he was honest in his recommendations.

Service was fine, but the deal was mostly to try to sell other services.

It was good. It was $59, I think it was a promotional offer. It was good.

Very old A/C. Of course they can't do anything, sorta clean I up, Everyone tries to sell a new A/C. Having kitchen remodeled - so can't buy new A/C at this time. Who knows about next year

It was fine. We have a service agreement. They did not charge me for the estimate. I would use them again. I looked on Angie's list and they were fairly local. The representative was very knowledgeable. Gave me multiple options withe multiple prices. It was a no pressure presentation.

Signed up for Annual Service Agreement; Contactor and Capcitors changes; No further issue with A/C Unit so far. Heating maintenance was done as per annual service agreement. No other issues found and no other money charged.

The price was certainly competitive. They are very reliable, knowledgeable and all the work they have done has been very reliable. The technicians are always professional. They are very responsive so if there are any special needs especially in their non business hours.

I paid the $49 but the company never contacted me. HELP did the work. I want a refund or credit for the $49

The work was never completed. They called the day of my appointment and told me that they could not come and give me an estimate on the work because of other customers who needed plumbing work to be completed due to the rain. I explained it was not an estimate but work to be done on a tub and toilet that were currently not usable. She said the scheduler wrote it down as an estimate and there was nothing that could be done. Apparently other people's issues were more important than mine. No consideration was given to my situation where I did not have a usable tub or toilet for the week and was assuming it was going to be fixed on the day I scheduled my appointment. Absolutely ZERO effort was made to remedy the situation. No alternative was offered. I don't usually write bad reviews and I am generally understanding of scheduling issues, but when I don't have a working toilet or tub and schedule a time for it to be fixed, I expect it to be fixed at that time. I DO NOT recommend this company if you actually want work completed.

John Snowden was on time, alerted me when he was on the way, explained each step of the information he was gathering and why, then explained how he had come up with the recommendations for replacement units that he suggested. He often asked if I had questions along the way to be sure I understood what he was saying. He was courteous and thorough. His approach inspired a lot of confidence in his company.
