The technician arrived on schedule. Several days earlier to his scheduled arrival, the furnace began to make serious noise. The technician found obvious sources of the problem and he explained what was required. With my approval, He then acquired the necessary replacement parts and proceeded to complete the parts installation, as required. He did request and receive assistance from his home base contact technician to verify some aspects of the project, as a team effort. The good news is that the replacement parts and the overall check up ended with a complete examination and safety review of our furnace. The furnace has been given an opportunity to show off it's good condition, during the recent weeks of Winter.

We were pleased with the quality and price of the service. Service tech Ryan did a thorough and skillful job. He found problems we didn't know existed, and gave us several estimates for the work to fix them. We're having him come back to do those necessary repairs and also to add an air cleaner to our system, something we've desperately needed for quite some time. We must mention that Schneller Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning apparently does normally charge an $89 service fee, but we had $49 Angie's List coupon so that is all we paid. We want to note that normally we refuse to deal with home service companies that charge fees to walk in the door. That is why our ratings in this review for Price and Professionalism were both A's. Otherwise, those two scores would have been much lower. We firmly believe work estimates should be free of charge. We only patronize companies who are willing to state all charges up-front and without charge.

Very prompt and thorough . Did pitch me an annual PMA(Performance Maintenance Agreement) plan, which I purchased to save money. I supplied my own replacement furnace air filters. I would hire them again.

Great price. We got a discount since we replaced both the furnace and the air conditioner. No heavy sales tactics. The sales person provided a lot of information and let us choose which units we wanted without any pressure. We have been very pleased with Schneller for year for service and now with the new units.

Everything went well. We bought the coupon, we called to schedule service. The technician came out. He serviced the furnace. There was no additional charges. It went the way it was supposed to with no surprises.

Had an issue with noise. Technician returned and fixed problem, which turned out to be the stand pipe check valve (through no fault of theirs). Technician was professional and truly concerned about our satisfaction. Plan on making them our “Go To Plumber”.

pretty good, guy adjusted a few things to make furnace run better, but only complaint was, a wire as far as I know was left not hooked up on furnace so gas didnt come on at night when I went to bed, 60 degrees in house when I woke up next morning, I called place and they sent another guy out and he figure it out in about half hour, now I have heat and runs better, knock on wood

Schneller came to diagnose the issue. I thought the AngieList deal ($100 gets you $200 of service) would cover the cost of them to diagnose the issue. But Schneller invoiced me for $425.00, just to diagnose the issue. So that's $325.00 out of pocket (with the AnglieList deal applied) just for them to diagnose the issue. In schneller's defense, they did have to cut a whole in the neighbor below me's ceiling, to diagnose the issue. A whole that they did not patch. Schneller told me I would have to work out getting the whole patched with my neighbor. Luckily my neighbor is a handy-man, and was able to patch his ceiling himself. What's worse, after the diagnosing the problem, they told me I needed to replace all the piping, and they estimated it would cost $2,500.00. My neighbor and I ended up fixing the leak ourselves with some gutter-sealant and $20 in parts. Yea it's a jerry-rig fix, but the seal will probably last 20 years. Scnheller employees that arrived were professional, but their prices are just way too high!

We have been using Schneller for the past 5+ years for heating, cooling, and plumbing services. Never had a problem. I called them Tuesday morning and told them about the leak in my basement, that it was not an emergency, but I wanted a plumber to come in the next few days. They gave me an appointment for Thursday 3pm. A receptionist called me at 2:40 pm on Thursday and said they would have to reschedule due to an emergency. I said ok, I could wait another day. She said she could reschedule for Monday. I told her I didn't want to wait another 4 days of water leaking into my basement where I am continually having to use towels to sop up the puddles. So she said "Ok let me look if I can fit you in tomorrow...hmm...nope." I can understand if my appointment gets bumped for an emergency, but they can't come out for another 4 days? If they had to reschedule me they should at the very least get me in the next morning. This is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially since I have been a loyal customer for years. They have lost my business.

Not well. Expensive, multiple missed appointments, I ended up with 2 new toilets that I'm not sure I needed, and my shower still leaks into the garage (they couldn't find the source of the leak). They did dig up the main in the yard and replace the "L", but they cut down my lilac tree (not bush - trees are much more rare and harder to grow) without telling me...I went outside and it was in pieces in the driveway!

Service was cancelled, as furnace blew up. I cancelled my 10/30/17 appt on 10/27/17b for this reason. I requested a technician call me back re: installion of new furnace & a clogged drain. Their rep stated a technician would call me back that day. Still haven't heard from them! I NEED MY $49 RETURNED!!! JOB WAS NOT DONE...CANCELLED WELL AHEAD OF APPT TIME!!

The service, responsiveness, is excellent. If you have a problem, they will help you. If you have an emergency, they come right away. The technicians are pleasant, clean cut and well trained. They do it right the first time.

The appointment was made quickly. The technician was on time and performed the most thorough, comprehensive furnace service I have ever had. He offered extra services and products, but was not pushy about them.
