Great. Service technician was able to accurately diagnose the problem where others did not, and then performed the necessary repair work.

After a horrible experience with our home warranty company, Schneller came in and saved the day. They were early for all appointments and extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for all our heating and air needs.

I have a maintenance agreement with Schneller/Knoechelmann. I am extremely pleased with their service. I waited a few hours for a technician to come because they were backed-up with emergency calls. This was an excellent experience. Had a service tech named Bobby who completed the inspection promptly and professionally. At one point Bobby needed some additional parts and he quickly went to the supply shop and back to complete the job. I would recommend this service to friends and family.

It was okay. I was not impressed with the way in which the service tech talked to me. It seemed like he was not going to leave if I didn't sign up for another year of service. I also did not like the fact that he did not replace the furnace filter, just left it out and gave it to me and said to purchase a new one today.

The water heater was installed well, however the serviceman left a streak of rust water across the length of my white carpet in my basement. It took an hour of carpet cleaning to remove the streak of rust water completely...

It went well. We have used Schneller's for the past 5-6 years.

They had a high carbon monoxide reading and immediately shut down by furnace on one of the coldest days of the year. They insisted that they would be legally liable if the carbon monoxide escaped from the furnace into the house. They used the urgency of the situation to send a salesman out to quote me a replacement furnace. Needless to say, the quotes were sky high. Not allowing them to exploit the situation, I solicited other quotes... all of which were much lower. Both of the other companies thought there was a very low probability of carbon monoxide seeping into the home itself but advised to purchase a carbon monoxide detector just in case. I turned on the furnace again, purchased the carbon detector and am still in the process of evaluating quotes to replace the furnace.

Aaron was fantastic. He was professional from start to finish. He was thorough and took time to explain what needed to be done and gave us options on repairs that were recommended, but no essential. I would recommend Schneller in general and Aaron in particular for any HVAC maintenance and repair.

It went well and as expected. I didn't sign a maintenance agreement yet - but it might be worth it since you get 15% off parts. The tech did mention additional services, but not aggressively, like some of them do.

Serviceman was professional and courteous. In and out in a matter of 30 minutes or so. Recommended some maintenance that I felt was entirely necessary. Will reconsider this summer. So far the issue has not caused any problem.

Furnace tech was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough when he serviced our furnace. he didn't even mind my hanging around and indulging in my curiosity about how my system worked! We'll definitely have them return to service our air conditioning in the spring! Well worth the money.

All went great! Schneller Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning always does a great job each 6 months for our furnace and air conditioning systems tuneups. We have used them for the past 5 yrs since we moved to Northern KY. We will continue to use them and refer our friends to them too.

Very well. Adam explained everything he was going to do as well as other services they offer. He also told me about an air scrubber that will help our family members with asthma and allergies. We decided to have it installed.
