Fabulous! The technicians were punctual and courteous. Within a few minutes they knew exactly what was wrong. They got the part that needed to be replaced and our water heater is working fine.

This supplier is a golden find! They’ve dug up our basement and replaced pipes, fixed broken toilets, installed new sink, faucet & disposal, fixed our water pressure issues in a 71 year old house and most recently got our 35 year old AC air handler operational to get us thru the brutal summer. The technician, Zach, answered all of my questions, told me exactly what he was doing, asked permission before proceeding, and educated me about the equipment and the services he was performing. He knew his job and was able and willing to explain it to me. If only all service experiences could be like this! I'm going to ask that Zach perform all of my annual maintenance work.

Easy to schedule, appt confirmed when plumber was on the way. The plumber was incredibly courteous, respectful and skilled. He quickly assessed what needed to be done; advised about pricing and quickly got to work. He was focused, careful and completely cleaned up when done. Besides just being delightful to talk to, the plumber was very capable and very willing to provide an explanation when I asked for one. He was also careful to point out an option I had so I could make the decision on exactly how to install. I really could not be more pleased. My new faucet looks great and peace and quiet have returned to my house now that the toilet has been fixed too. Clearly a company that values having highly skilled professionals with a clear focus and valuing of customer service. Front office staff was very helpful in scheduling as well. A clear winner - you cannot go wrong.

I did a lot of research after the initial HVAC company I was working with proved to be unreliable and unable to help solve a vibration problem. I found Schneller about a year ago. The techs from Schneller quickly assessed the vibration problem, walked thru how they could significantly reduce it and then did it. It may sound simple but it meant so much that they had the skill and training to make the right call and then actually performed the service quickly. Their solution has worked flawlessly for over a year. Their techs are knowledgeable and courteous; their front office staff is as well. It is very nice to find a company where technical skill and customer service are clearly valued.

I am on Schneller’s “yearly program” (nominal fee) that automatically inspects plumbing, heating and air conditioning. On top of that, you will receive huge discounts on parts and never a charge for service call.

Technician arrived on time and was polite and professional. Technician thoroughly inspected and tested both furnace and A/C. No issues with furnace found. A/C: Found dual capacitor needed replacing AND refrigerant had to be added. Thoroughly explained everything in terms we could understand.

They've been out twice this year. The first was in May when it really started getting warm...and a mouse chewed through all of my compressor wiring. They were able to come out the next day and get that repaired. They also came out today and did a tune-up as part of my annual maintenance package. I've used these guys for a few years now and they always do good work.

Had a free plumbing check per our maintenance agreement. David Purcell was timely, professional and knowledgeable. We had low water pressure. He used his "magic" to almost double our pressure. Super Happy and will call again.

Work was scheduled between noon and 2. At 11:45 I received a call from the dispatcher saying the technician was on his way. I also received a text and email telling me who my technician was, complete with a picture of him. Totally professional on the companys part. Our tech, Zach, arrived promptly at noon, there was no sitting around waiting for me. He introduced himself and explained what he would be doing today. After a few quick questions and a tour of where the indoor and outdoor units were, Zach was off to work. After the tune-up (seemed to me more of a check up, really, but I'm not the professional), Zach and I sat down to talk about what he found. A couple of warning signs had him concerned about the future of our A/C system, but that was work that couldn't be completed today. Zach was happy to walk me through what to expect if we did choose to address the issues, and what it would cost to fix them. Zach did try to sell me the annual service plan (as they do) by highlighing the advantages of it, but was respectful and did not insist when I declined. I got his card and will call and request Zach again if/when we need HVAC work again. Zach is not an acquaintance of mine, but because of his respect and friendliness, he comes off as an excellent employee and makes the company look great in return.

Well, I wish this wasn't happening, but since it is I am glad I called these guys. Sewage was coming out of an opening near the curb in front of my house. SD1 is not happy when this happens. I called Schneller as they had previously (2016) done a video inspection of the system. That was an Angie's list "big deal" that seemed like a good idea given the age of this house. I had a good experience with them (then) and decided to call them for this much bigger problem. They came out - used the camera again, snaked the line as far as possible, and looked again with camera. NO CHARGE. Unfortunately, the second video indicated a blockage near the street. I had them come back a second time to jackhammer up my driveway, install a surface cleanout, snake some more and then cover and concrete up the hole. There is still something happening near the curb, but that is now in the hands of the city and SD1. Three men spent most of the day working on this. They were punctual, conscientious, and completely professional. I hope I don't need a plumber in the future - but if so - I will be calling Schneller.

Everything was excellent from the free quote to the install. They were very informative and professional. The install was very smooth and neat. The heater looks amazing - they took great pride in making sure everything was perfect - even how it looked, and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards. The heater works great - just as advertised.

Schneller continues to impress me each time I use their services. Their employees are punctual, extremely professional and very knowledgeable about their job. Today my serviceman was Ryan, and he was all those things as well as being very personable. His check-up of both AC units was very thorough and he also suggested ways that I could save money. Someone at Schneller is doing an outstanding job of hiring and training top notch individuals. I would highly recommend this company.
