Went well. To quote another customer (writing to Schneller), “Need to correct his name, you sent email telling me to expect a Rico Harris and when he showed up at door his card said Rico Holcomb plus you normally attach a picture with the email. He was a pleasant professional young man, went about his business did a great job explaining some things to me.” I was pleased with the service. Afterward he offered a couple of products they recommend for improving air quality, but there was no pressure involved so this part was actually welcome.

Loren was very good and did a fine job. However, I must have misunderstood. He replaced a flush valve seal and told me that it was going to be $106. But I thought he said that included the $79 fee for coming out to do the inspection. And I probably should have done some research first as I found out the seal could be purchased online for about $5. So total of $185 to inspect the toilet seating and tighten it a bit, then maybe 10 minutes to replace a $5 seal. Seemed like I was way over charged. But I agreed to it, so that's on me. But I probably won't feel comfortable using this company again cause I don't trust their charges.

Had a clogged pipe that backfilled up into the 2nd floor toilet/shower & then leaked down in the kitchen. They came out on a Saturday afternoon and solved my issue. The plumber Loren was great and super friendly

Colin came out the serviced the furnace for winter. He was very thorough, made sure everything was working properly and that I would be ready to turn the heat on when the time came. He shared new products without being pushy and simply share the new technology. I appreciate that, and feel like when the time comes and I'm ready for that product I can make an informed decision.

The technician arrived on time. He was very courteous, and diagnosed the problem with my heat pump system, which basically was dirt gathering on the mechanical elements (I had not had the system maintained in 3 years). He then proceeded to clean the elements, and in a short time my system was up and running. He cleaned up completely. I am very pleased with the service.

The plumber was excellent. Definitely knew his stuff. Took about an hour and went to home depot I believe to get a part for the shower nozzle. He did not have to purchase a whole new nozzle, just a part that fit into it. Came back to the house and then it worked perfectly. My problem was the price that we were charged. It was a little less than $500.00. My wife and I were shocked, but we paid it. When he left, we looked at other and said that we think we were way overcharged for what was done. I opened the front door to speak with the plumber, but he was gone. I think what followed bothered me more. I stopped at one of their offices off of Beechmont Ave. on 2 different occasions, told them of my concerns, and was told they would look into it and get back to me. I still have not heard back from them. That was at the end of June. That is why I gave them a poor rating on responsiveness

This was an emergency and the response time was fantastic. The leaking pipe was replaced the hot water heater is working and I am happy. Not sure if the price was good, But since it was an emergency I had no time to ask for competing bids.

I have a sump pump and back up pump which both failed on a day that it was pouring rain. As my pit filled with water, I called Schneller Knochelmann for an emergent visit, and they sent someone out right away. He called me while he was traveling to let me know his arrival time, so I appreciated his response time as well as his communication. Although he arrived without a replacement sump pump, he helped create a temporary solution to keep my basement from flooding further while he went to get a sump pump from the warehouse. He returned and replaced the primary pump and check valve quickly and professionally. I was very appreciative of the emergent response that this company provided!

The technician was able to figure out the problem and fix it quickly, and made sure to clean up after the repair. Very fair price for a Sunday. I will definitely use this company again.
