Gas meters visible via opening at the base of lamp post. Nick unfastened the base covering & lifted it. He determined that the meter assembly had been replaced & that the new assembly did not have a port for the gas line up to the light fixture. So, the line was disconnected. We discussed options & pricing. Since this type of light would run continuously even in daylight & fixing it would be somewhat costly, I decided to leave the light non-operational. Nick was patient, informative, & not pushy in the least - which I happen to value. Nick was then nice enough to replace/install a burnt out halogen bulb over my garage at no extra charge. A good experience. I think Schneller is a well-run company with a customer-focused philosophy.

Nathan and Trenton were prompt and professional. When the showed up they explained all they were going to do and went to work. The placed carpets and plastic on the flooring to ensure they didn’t scratch hardwood or stain carpets. It took approximately 4-5 hours to install. As of now the furnace is working 4.0. With the install we got an upgraded and efficient furnace, old one was 15 years old. We purchased the Amanda 2 stage 100,000 BTU 96%AFU w/ life time warranty on heat exchanger, 10 yr. on parts and labor. All is transferable if we sell the house. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUTTHE INSTALL.

We found the water heater to be leaking, called and was able to get on the schedule right away. Scott came out to do the evaluation and diagnostic, actually arrived prior to the 2 hour window with a call about 20 minutes ahead. Was very professional and provided detailed explanation and great service. Had to have the water heater replaced, they came back out to do that, right on time as scheduled with a call ahead. The repairman asked appropriate questions and gave knowledgeable responses. His work seemed thorough and he was considerate of tracking dirt into the house. He was informative as to potential problems and gave options if we decided to take any action.

He also turned up our water pressure because it was low and told me what to watch for if another part needs to be replaced. With the service agreement I receive same day service and 10% off the price of everything I need.

The first trip was late the night before a holiday, so he resolved our issue the day after the holiday when he was able to get the part that was needed. The part was something on the circuit board.
