Description of Work: Checked ac which was not blowing cool air. Told me system had no freon and had a non-repairable leak and would need to be replaced. Had another company look at system. The second company told me that they had reconnected a loose wire and that unit was full of freon. System works perfectly now.

Where competitors tried to sell me a new system or parts that weren't needed, Schneller didn't find any need for replacement until the units fail. Description of Work: Technician came out and scoped the interior of our hvac unit. Went outside and looked and exterior ac unit. Recommended we cut into our welded hvac unit in order to clean out the system, and gave us an estimate to have this work performed. I do not believe any tune up was performed. Basically the service was to get us to spend money on additional services.

I have spoken to the Member and have sent a refund of her tune-up cost. Our commitment is 100% satisfaction so we are sending that back. I believe our technician completed the full air conditioning tune-up but did not adequately explain his desire to access her indoor coil, etc. We discussed the technician's recommendations and we are coming back out at no charge for a furnace tune-up to rebuild her confidence in our work. I truly appreciate her doing that.
