He fixed it and left.
Description of Work: They did exactly what we signed up for(heat servicing) but the next morning I woke up to no heat in the house. Called and they sent someone out by 12:30, and the technician humbley appologized, that he had left some cap off.

Description of Work: I bought the deal from Schneller Heating and Air for furnace service through Angie's List. Per Angies List this company would contact me within 2 business days as part of the deal. I bought the deal on Tuesday night 1/14/14 in the evening so the first business day would have been Wednesday 1/15/14, the second business day would be Thursday 1/16/14. I did not receive any message in my message box on Angie's List as promised. I decided to give the benefit of the doubt to Schneller realizing it is a busy time of year and give them until close of normal business hours on Friday 1/17/14. Long story short the company NEVER contacted me. I emailed and called several times before I was able to finally get them scheduled to perform the service. The service man who came was very friendly and very professional. He was able to make up for where the company had failed in terms of the scheduling fiasco. I do believe that I would use this company again based on my interaction with the service man. However, I'm still a little perturbed by their lack of response for scheduling and that I ended up doing all the leg work when the deal very clearly stated the company would contact me.
