Description of Work: checked furnace, cleaned ducts, installed electronic air cleaner, and provided a preventive maintenance contract that covers future work. The installer was very proffesional and did excellent work.

Description of Work: A technician (Nick, I think) came by to clean my A/C. I asked him a couple of questions about air flow in one room, and he took the time to examine the unit indoors (the evaporator?) at no extra cost. Unfortunately, given the way the system was installed, sorting out the ducts would have taken a tremendous amount of time. But Nick did discover a little problem with one duct, and fixed that at no extra cost, then cleaned the unit outside thoroughly.

We never had the feeling that we were being pressured to do anything. Everything was done on schedule and was done politely and neatly.

Description of Work: I bought a special ac tune up on Angie's List for 65.00. I was very satisfied with the technician who was able to recharge my unit with freon for a total cost of $171.00 extra. I don't know if that was a good price but the tech was friendly and did not tell me I needed a new air conditioner like another company did! Its working fine now.

Description of Work: We had Alex arrive on time and ready to tune up our HVAC system. We purchased a deal on Angie's List to get this service for an excellent price and I was impressed by the professional service we received. Alex did a thorough job and also cleaned our humidifier filter for a small extra charge while demonstrating how to clean it for the next time around in case I wanted to do it myself. I was very satisfied and will use Schneller again for any HVAC/Furnace needs.

Description of Work: We purchased the Angie's deal for this provider. They never contacted us to schedule, even after Angie's list emailed me to ask if the had and I responded no. Terrible customer service and completely disregarding the 3 day guarantee for scheduling. When I called them the office staff was short with me about the situation and unprofessional in her words and tone. When the technician came he was wonderful and provided great service.

Description of Work: Schneller A/C did some work for us about 2-3 weeks ago. Serviceman was Kevin B. We requested a spring service on the a/c unit and while servicing the unit and running tests kevin pointed out that the return rack hadn't been sized correctly during installation. This was an optional repair and we were in no way pushed to have the repair completed. Kevin was very professional, competent, with an easy going personality. Good to deal with. Have used other hvac folks over the years and would highly recommend this outfit. They followed up a couple times to make sure we were satisfied.
