Description of Work: We used them to do our annual air conditioning check and cleaning. Their customer service was very good and they even called us afterward to check on our satisfaction. The only glitch was that we had called ahead to make sure that the service provider had a pop-up filter with him to replace our old filter. When he arrived the provider said that he had not received that information. Luckily he happened to have the filter on his truck by chance.

Description of Work: Our A/C stopped working and the temperature in our home reached 89 degrees which was way outside of our comfort zone. We called in the afternoon and they were at our house the next morning. The Schneller representative was able to quickly assess the problem and replaced the capaciptor. We have been very pleased with Schneller and would recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: I used them before to install a new heat pump. They did a beautiful job with it, so I did not hesitate to call them again. As always professional , courteous , and on time. Very nice people to deal with. This time I had them install a new garbage disposal. Once again excellent service.

Description of Work: They installed new collar to fit new pvc drain to existing cast copper pipes. As I result of this consultation I have plans for additional work in the future to replace old cast iron piping and will use Schneller

Description of Work: They replaced one toilet and re-set another. The replacement unit was of the color and style that I selected. As the replacement did not have the same 'footprint' as the old, a void was created in the flooring material when the new toilet was installed. Without prompting, the technician tooled silicone caulk in the appropriate spots to provide a reasonable transition. The re-set toilet was done without a problem. Very satisfied with overall performance of Schneller Plumbing.

Description of Work: The agent quickly diagnosed the recurring problem as the need to replace the inferior toilets in our home. Still evaluating options and costs.

Description of Work: First Schneller fixed our furnace after a previously called company did not, and we were charged. Schneller also cleared our kitchen sink & removed the disposal for us. We will stay loyal to Schneller, we trust them, and they are AWESOME!!

Description of Work: My Heat Pump was not putting out much heat. I found Schneller on Angie's List and called them. They answered my call quickly and arranged to come to my home and check out the problem. I was relieved to find out that it was the thermostat and the technician repaired it. I will call them for heating; cooling or plumbing issues from now on.
