Description of Work: Replaced "basic lav faucet, angle stop valve set. Called on a Monday evening because they advertise on Angie's list as 24-hr emergency service. I had discovered ceiling damage in garage, and did not know where the water was coming from. They could not come until Thursday. They also bent back the doors to the vanity and now they will not shut.

Description of Work: Replaced rear hose faucet with Woodford 10" frost free hose faucet. Replaced 2 boiler drains for washing machine. Replaced washing machine hoses with braided stainless steel burst free hoses. All work was high quality and technician was professional and courteous. I thought the price was high but don't know enough about the industry to say for sure. Angies list coupon took $100 off the total amount of $650. I am very happy with the work.

Description of Work: I have had an air conditioner that leaks and I’ve had issues with my air freezing up. They have come out and helped me with that. I now have their annual service maintenance agreement for my furnace. They not only worked at the immediate issue that I’ve had, they also gave me alternatives for the longer term. They have followed up with me to make sure the problems I’ve had were resolved and successful.

Description of Work: They replaced my entire HVAC unit. I called them for repair on my broken HVAC unit, they came out promptly and were very honest regarding the repair work. The provider said he could probably fix it, it's a 28 year old unit, the service man recommended replacing the unit as the fix would likely not last due to the age of my unit. The provider was able to give me several options for a new unit and I was able to get something within my budget and they installed it quickly and promptly as well. They made me feel very comfortable and I didn't feel taken advantage of and was pleased with the experience. They also came back to fix a leaky faucet for me several weeks later and the experience was just as pleasant as the HVAC work.
