Description of Work: Kevin has had to come out multiple times to diagnose problem. Of course it does not work for me but fires up every time for him! He has been patient and very responsive. He has spent many hours working with the manufacturer on this problem. Schneller has charge me for the initial part only. |

Description of Work: They came out to do a regular maintenance service and helped troubleshoot some issues with cold rooms etc. All without any extra cost to me. In addition they performed a new furnace install for me last winter. They came out and did a complete energy audit on my home (none of the other companies even offered). They ended up recommending a smaller unit which actually heats the house better. The install was good and I even received a few follow ups from my sales rep who came out to make sure everything looked good. I have been overly impressed with this company since switching to them.

Description of Work: The garbage disposal was cracked and leaking and was replaced. I also had leaky faucets in the bathroom Jacuzzi tub that were repaired and a new toilet handle and flapper installed. In addition, I purchased a maintenance contract for two visits per year to inspect the heating/cooling system which I felt was a great deal. My house is 13 years old and things should start breaking down soon but I want to be as proactive as possible to delay that.

We used a Dye Test on the furnace and found that your Heat Exchanger has 2 Cracks in it and then the second call that was scheduled was cancelled. We strive to hit 100% customer satisfaction and in this case we were close, but in the comments you mentioned the 6 weeks you waited for the service. We apologize that you had to wait so long for the Tune-Up. We try to accommodate all of our customers. We have been working on creating a second shift HVAC position and weekend HVAC position to perform these tune-ups and also open the schedule up so it would not be a 6 week wait time. We do offer to place your name on a cancel list so that if someone cancels we would move you up in scheduling. The furnace tune-up is important to have completed each year and will help ensure the efficiency/life of the furnace. If this is being done each year then it is recommended to have the tune-up at any time during the heating season not necessarily just before the winter starts. Thank you again for being a member of the Schneller Family!!
