Description of Work: Peformed a heater service and tune up. I purchased a deal through Angie's List. I don't remeber the exact price. I do remeber the tecnician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had an extremely old unit. He was familiar with it and did an outstanding job. I would definately use Schneller again.

Description of Work: Schneller servicemen were on time, courteous, thorough, and professional. They described each step of their maintenance process, provided troubleshooting of my AC and furnace systems, and provided a tune-up. They did not rush, and insured all was checked for functionality. I was impressed enough to establish a preventative maintenance contract, at additional savings.

Description of Work: Superlative service, from initial phone conversation with company representative to service technician (furnace tune-up). Technician took the time to explain things. Determined that a new blower was in order, and date has been set for installation. Outstanding service. Plan to use them for AC, as well.

We love to hear from customers about how we can serve you better. We always suggest getting an AC tune-up and Furnace Tune-up each year. These tune-ups do not necessarily have to happen at the start of each season. We just need what is called a heating or cooling load on the home. So if you are doing them each year, just as long as we are doing them during the corresponding seasons the system should be in good order. Thank you again for having your system tuned-up with us.

Description of Work: Furnace was making rubbing noise that seemed to come from blower. Service man quickly determined issue. He centered the wheel on blower shaft as it appeared to have slipped toward the motor and was rubbing part of housing. Also replaced a capacitor that was weak. Signed up for PMA which is part of above cost and will cover std charge for spring tune up.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace and heat pump. The removed the old system. They were neat and clean. Only the actual ducts and vents remained the same. The entire service was completed in 6 hours as promised and it was a quality job. The area planning commission which issued the permit passed it on inspection without a problem. Very well done.
