Description of Work: Schneller came for a regular fall check up and told me that my existing furnace was not functioning properly and that something inside the furnace (by-passed switches) were not safe and blower motor was not functioning properly. I asked them to give me an estimate for a new one. They had someone over (John) within the next day. He did a thorough check, took measurements, very professional and polite and on time. The weather was getting colder quickly and they were great to get my new furnace installed two days later. Service guys did a great job, very neat, punctual. Furnace in and running great so far. The price includes about $ 260.00 of duct work I had redone in the basement (so prices was for new furnace actually around $ 3400.00) I have a Trane furnace, new thermometer included. I recommend using them.

Description of Work: The technician performed a furnace tune-up. It was the most thorough inspection I have ever seen, and it was a promotion special! The technician explained every measurement he made, and posted the results on the side of the furnace for a baseline for future tune-ups. I was very impressed and signed up for future tune-ups.

Description of Work: My furnace had stopped working. They came immediately (they have 24-hour emergency service), found the problem, which was relaticvely minor, and fixed it. They were honest (could have told me I needed a new furnace and I wouldn't have known.). They gave me good advice on keeping the problem from recurring.

There are a few items we discussed to follow-up on in future services, but there was no hard sales techniques used as I have experienced with some companies. He just informed me and made recommendations.
