We have had Schneider do a LOT of work for us. In 2012, they replaced our front 3 windows and replaced our front porch columns. In 2013, we had the rest of the windows in our house replaced, everything totaling $4200. In 2 days, we will have our back sliding glass door installed. Ken Schutte has been AWESOME in working with us, trying to get us the best possible product for our money. Steve has been great, coming out and doing our measurements, again trying to get us the best and cheapest install possible. I have had so many compliments on how good everything looks, and whenever we have work to do on the exterior of our home, we know that Schneider will do everything they can to make us happy. If you call Schneider, they are not the cheapest company out there, but they are by far the nicest, most honest and totally willing to work with you. We will 100% recommend them to anyone out there.

excellent service and attention to detail and they had to return and fix a seal in one window, which was warrantied, after several years. No problem. We highly recommend them to everyone for the quality of the products and the service. There is no hard-sell unlike many other window companies in the Cinti area; and their technical knowlege and service is impeccable. We loved them from the first home (replaced all windows) and returned to them again and had just as good an experience. They stand behind their product and their service people are great.

They were outstanding! The workmen were very pleasant. They were sub-contractors, but they were very efficient and pleasant to have around. We got quite a few estimates but Schneider was very up-front about their costs and we appreciated that.

They were very efficient, kind, and courteous. They did everything that they said they would do. The decking a roof were so old and I was scared that it would be torn up. They sent out an expert to address the problem and I couldn't be happier.

Did a great job. On Time for both jobs, Work was neat and both men were very nice. Any questions by phone before install were answered promptly. Will definitely use their services again. Very nice people.

He said that replacing my window might not even fix my problem. Though friendly on the phone, he seemed to either have enough business already or doesn't know anything about windows and doesn't want to work on them. Would not recommend for any kind of window service. I have since had the window replaced and it no longer leaks. I also had the floor repaired where the leak damaged the floor. I am not sure why they did not want the business but I paid more than his quote to get it fixed. If they didn't want my money that is fine but it was a waste of time even considering them for this repair.

We are still getting quotes for a new roof so haven't had Schneider do this work. We have had Schneider's do a lot of work for us though, at our old house and siding where we live now. Ken is always very good about getting back with us right away. The siding work was do to wind damage and Ken worked with our insurance company to see if it was covered. We have always been happy with the service and work they provide. The sales and service are professional, punctual and quality work. They are a little more expensive than other companies but you pay for the good work they do. We recommend them to everyone we know.

They are excellent, do everything they say they will do, showed up on time, cleaned up everything after work, and they can be trusted in the house. You could call them for an advice about projects that you may or may not use them on, they gave us all kinds of information that we need and they are great. .

High quality products used. They are extremely honest in what needs done and what doesn't. Very professional. Price reasonable for the quality of product and work done. They cleaned up after the installation. I would gladly use them for other jobs.

I called their office to schedule an estimate for patio installment. The lady said somebody would contact me later. The guy contacted me and answered my questions patiently and explained they do patio cover but not patio. Although they didn't come and do the job, they responded in time.

Everything was terrific. We've had patio cover, gutters, storm door, and various other things done by this company. They are very personable. They listen to you and make suggestions. If you say something that you want, they will say "Yeah, I can do that but I think you'd be happier if you do it this way". Their office staff is very nice too.

This was a good experience because all work was done exactly when we were told it would be done. The leaf guard seems to be working well. The workmen cleaned up from all work and the gutters look great.

The salesman was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very patient as we made decisions and had multiple questions before choosing all of the products. After a few scheduling delays for the roofing, it was installed very quickly. They missed the installation of two roof box vents, but later corrected that mistake. The remaining installation for the awnings, gutters, and siding was about a month later due to ordering materials, but again the installation and products are very satisfactory. The only CONS we had were a lack of communications from them on installation dates and times, and some invoicing issues at the end. I would most likely use Schneider again for future home improvements.

Very well. Arrived promptly and completed the work. Quality work--no downtime. I appreciated that Schnieder did not complete the work on 11/12 when it was raining but rescheduled for 11/13--a responsible company.

The supervisor, sales person and carpenter met with us to discuss details and they had some good ideas. Dave Hils is an excellent carpenter. He picked out the lumber himself, and specified the materials. His detail work and eye for perfection were impressive.The electrical work included bringing out 220 v. for the airconditioner/heater. Wall outlets were replaced with new per code and a high outlet and cable were installed for a brick mounted flat sreen .There were a couple of small issues they were quick to resolve. I would definitely recommend them if quality is a higher priority than price. The project was completed before the deadline and there were no surprises

I got several estimates on having the work done. Each company came out took measurements and gave me info on the line of doors they carried. Over the years I have put in a door or two, but this installation was more difficult requiring a craftsman with the skills and experience I don't have. I also have used Lowes and Home Depot installations in the past and sometimes you get a good installer, sometimes not. I wanted good products and I wanted them installed properly the first time. That said, those two things do not come cheap, nor should you expect them too. (Two companies didn't even want to do the job and I'm glad) Schneider's was more than the home center pricing, but some what more reasonable than some of the other professional estimates I got. The steel doors "Home Guard" made in Indiana are already finish painted! and are of solid heavy gauge and quality with high quality locks.The installation went flawlessly. Mr. Schneider did the installation of my three doors in about 6 hours. There is no substitute for his experience and a company willing to do the job right the first time. I'm pretty particular about things looking right and I found nothing that didn't look perfect. I would have to say this is the best door installation job I have ever had done. Schneider's is a small local company in business for a very longtime and I can understand why. I am very pleased with them, from my first call to the salesman coming out to measure and show us the products. Then Mr Schneider coming out again just to double check measurements to be sure the order would be correct the 1st time. My wife and I are very pleased!

They were really good. It was pouring rain the first day and they did what they could. They had something covering the windows so they could get the windows in and do the sealing. They were very clean, they didn’t leave any kind of mess, they were here just when they said they would be, and they answered all my husband’s questions. The windows work fine and they’re just what they’re supposed to be. We’re so happy with them. We were happy with the price; everyone was about the same price. They did everything right and I would use them again.

Outstanding installation and clean-up, outstanding service before & after installation, high quality door system.

They were very professional. Cleaned up really good they helped us pick out our shingle color. We were very happy with everything from start to finish.

The floor under the old door shifted and caused one end to drop, bending the frame - and kept the door from opening more that 2-3 feet. I had hoped the old door could be straightened which would allow the door to open all the way. I also planned to replace the glass. Schneider explained they did not do repair work and gave me the name and number of a company that did - and suggested calling them for an evaluation and estimate. I had the other company inspect the old door and was told they could not repair it. So I called Schneider for an estimate and had them put in a new door. Their installers arrived on time, conducted themselves professionally, completed the project and cleaned up the area. They did an outstanding job installing the door; in addition, they pointed out that water had been leaking through space in the siding, above the door, and inserted flashing to prevent the water from getting in. The new door looks and works great. Note: During the initial meeting the representative did a good job of covering all my options, and costs, of installing a new door.

Schneider has done a lot of work for us and we have always been very pleased. They were quick, neat and professional. The matched the siding to the siding already existing on our home and we are thrilled with the result.

They were great and performed far beyond what I've come to expect from anyone anymore.

My technician was very knowledgeable. However, they were expensive. He was late, and I had to call him. I would not use them in the future.

Professional salesperson. Installer was professional. Installation went well. Only issue was once the (supplied by me) lockset was installed the keys were no where to be found. Installer looked through all the trash from door packing. I had never checked the box (bought at Lowes) for key. He ended up removing lock & taking to local locksmith to have keys made. All this was done at no charge to me. Still now sure if he lost key or it was never in the box, but they took responsibility & initiative in resolving the problem.
