It was a good price and they were definitely knowledgeable. They were fairly easy to work with; nothing too challenging.

Service person was polite and efficient. Service was performed with skill and he was informed and polite. He spoke with use about what service was performed and honored a $99 per unit price. Everything was put into fine working condition.

Although I didn't use Schibi (I was able to locate a family friend who saved me approximately 3K) I thought their quotes were reasonable and their reputation well deserved. They went the extra mile to make sure I knew all of my options when replacing my steam boiler.

They are reliable, their price is reasonable, the service person was very clear and open about what my issues where. I am on a yearly plan.

I got several estimates and picked Schibi. I have a service agreement with them, so I was familiar with their professionalism and service quality. Their bid was accepted and the new heat pump and air handler were installed as agreed upon. The install was completed in one day. The finished product is picture perfect and very quiet. I would recommend Schibi to any one who needs an installation or service contract. They are a family owned company and really know how to make the customer feel like they're a part of the family.

From the initial free estimate given by Ken Schibi to a follow up visit, the company was completely honest and professional. They explained all options for installation and financing and did not push for the replacement of the air conditioner as well (as another local company did). Granted I knew it would probably need replacing soon as well. Even though I had made an appointment fro installation and they were busy at the time, two installers came at an earlier date at night to install the furnace and were finished in less than 3 hours. They answered all my questions during the process and cleaned up very well after they finished. I plan on calling them again when I do decide to replace the air conditioner and would give them my highest recommendation.

Installed a new furnace, worked hard, all day, they were very cautious, courteous, and professional. Furnace went in seamlessly, works great, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, furnace went out and they had a new one in the next day. They also graciously hauled the old one away. Thanks Schibi, my mom is berg pleased to be warm.

After trying to install a so-called 5-minute-installation thermostat, myself, and seeing that it was not working, I called Schibi Heating & Cooling. They sent a licensed heating and cooling technician to my home within 2 hours of my call. The technician installed a reputable Honeywell thermostat that he had on his truck. The thermostat I had purchased at a local big box dyi store was not compatible with my older HVAC system. I was very happy with the prompt, professional service I received, and my new thermostat is working great! I will definitely call them again to service and maintain my HVAC system!

This company is top-notch! We contacted Schibi to do an estimate for central A/C in a house we were interested in purchasing. The estimator, Craig was able to come out at a time thart was convenient for us and he was very professional and personable. Craig explained everything that the project would entail and within a few days he had written up a proposal with 3 different options for us to consider. After we closed on the house, we had several unforseen scheduling conflicts on our end. Schibi was able to work around these issues and accomodate us. The project started on time and the workers arrived and left at the same time each day. It was great knowing what to expect and when. The foreman, Jimmy, and his crew were very respectfu of our home and our belongings. There was work done from the attic down to the second and first floors of the house. For the amount of construction necessary, there was minimal disruption and they were absolutely wonderful about cleaning up any sawdust or debris that was left over. We will continue to use Schibi for all of our HVAC needs and will recommend them to anyone!

Their prices are good. They come highly recommended. They are easy to deal with. They are responsive. Very professional technicians. When they put my furnace and air conditioner in they put a tent up over the back door so ran wouldn't get in.

So far, I'm very satisfied. The owner sent a crew a day head of schedule to avoid making the damage worst. This was the 4th company that provided a quote and they seem very experienced. The only area to improve is cleanliness, the day after the work was completed, I found a few nails, pieces of debris and a caulk bottle around the house.

They showed up to begin work within seconds of the scheduled time. The tearout of the old system and installation of the new units was completed on time and with excellent workmanship. The work areas in the basement and outside were left in better condition than when they arrived. My Dad used Schibi years ago and recommended them then as I do now.

The qoute was prompt and complete without trying to unnecessarily up-sell. I in fact requested some upgrades which were quoted promptly. Everything with the installation went very well, including a slight relocation of the heat pump that I requested. After about three days the air cleaner quit working. A defective part was replaced immediately. No problems since. Overall an excellent experience.

The technician came in, took a line reading and said the power line from Duke energy was half dead. Total time was about 5 minutes and the cost was 268.00. Another time they charged us $200.00 to flip a circuit breaker. Their service call prices are way too high.

They are excellent, and we like them. They come on time, and they do what they are supposed to do.

Had a competitor out for a service contract "check-up" and cleaning of my furnace. After 2 hours, the tech found several 1-2" cracks in the heat exchanger. They red tagged my furnace, turned it off and advised me to get a new one. They sent an "engineer" out the same day to quote prices for new furnaces. In the meantime, I called Craig at Schibi. He came out the same day and advised me of options as well. He was surprised that no CO reading was taken and suggested that he confirm cracks were present before putting in a whole new unit. I had to press him to quote me prices on new models. A service tech came out the next day and found NO issues with the current furnace and the CO reading was normal. He was polite and courteous and TRUTHFUL. Sure, both companies WANTED to put in a new furnace but only 1 company told me the truth as to wether one was needed, Schibi. I will trust them in the future amd recomend them to all my friends.

I have used them in the past and they are prompt, reliable and fix it the first time. I will use them again in the future.

The technician who diagnosed the problem said that I would be called to schedule the work, but after waiting a week, I called the company. The work was scheduled and performed w/o complication. The worker who replaced the coil did not offer me the old part. When I asked where it was, he said that it was on the back of his truck. When I asked if I could have it, he said, "sure"., and he gave it to me. Garden City Iron and Metal on Spring Grove Ave. paid me $16.00 for the old coil.

The guys did a great job installing the new heat pump and air handler! They showed up on time and were very neat and detailed in their installation. I'd highly recommend Schibi.

They have put in a furnace and air-conditioner 20 years ago and they serviced it all these years. I spent about $5000 or $600 the last time I used them and I thought that the price was fair. They are a local company and I think that they are very honest and provide prompt service. The employees and service men are very nice.

We have used Schibi in the past. They have always delivered as they said they would. This company is excellent on installations and servicing. Their entire staff of employees are very good to work with. From the first visit by the sales person, to the departure of the installers the job was first rate. Left the furnace room cleaner than when they got here. I have and will continue to recommend Schibi to anyone needing heating or cooling equipment or repair service.

My experience with them has been very good. They are on time and very courteous. They do quality work, and we have never had any trouble with anything they have done. The quality of work they do is excellent.
