We were pretty interested in seeing what all was out there and did a lot of searching online on Trulia, so she didn't show us that many properties that we didn't already know about. But when it came time to put an offer on our house, she helped us through the process and advised us on how to negotiate but was never pushy. Overall, it was a great experience.
Description of Work: Saralou helped us find and buy our first home.

Description of Work: She was very professional and I would recommend her. She seems to specialize in the Mariemont/Hyde Park area. We moved to Loveland. She did a good job but felt her area of expertize lies more toward the other areas.

+ -1 moreShe is very good overall and made us feel very comfortable with her. We were a little picky with criteria and she worked really hard to find us a house that fit our needs. It took about 3 or 4 months, but she did a good job.
Description of Work: Saralou Durham is the real estate agent who helped us in selling the house we lived in last and also buy the one we live in now. She is also helping us sell this house now.
