Sarah Henderson

She was the worst real estate agent and we have had 3 in our life experience. Barbara Druffel recommended her, so we trusted her judgement. We were from out of state and bought a house on a hillside in Clifton. Three months after we moved in, we discovered the house had widespread structural problems. The street apparently was infamous for foundation problems per the other neighbors on our street. She never told us that. In addition the repairs that were made to the foundation were supposed to be under lifetime warranty. Sarah never told us to actually contact that company. They are bankrupt. She actually tried to persuade us to bid higher on the house than we did. The inspector she chose is not well respected by other agents. He reassured us that the foundation to the home was intact. She was self absorbed and not very knowledgeable about homes or neighborhoods.
