Did an excellent job. It was not easy as drive is lined with stone walls and had to work between. Worked within limits. Rick was very responsive and kept me updated as to progress. I plan on using them again next spring.

We hired a different company who did a lousy job but this company was excellent. They gave great suggestions regarding a slope and they did a beautiful job. We would definitely use them again.

The workmanship was high grade, it was done in a timely manner, he was here when he said he would be and got the job done even faster than he'd predicted.

The contractor that came to do the job was Rick Carlson from Saint Joseph Construction. He Re-patched the steps, re-bar and reinforced it and everything, it was done on a very professional way and painted the whole walkway with weather proofed white paint. The partial restoration that was done, after scraping the old paint and rust, he repainted everything with a kind of sealant and he rustproofed the metal blind awnings, the kind that you can twist to get sunshine in. The awnings was done on the 50's, again he did a very good job with the 5 awnings that he needs to restore, 3 awnings on the first floor and 2 on the 2nd floor. The dormer section on the front facade was painted white, he trimmed the windows with different colors since I wanted different colors on the window trim. A portion of the trim had fallen off, he actually replaced it and painted it, he had done a great work that is beyond my expectation. Wrought Iron on the front door was painted black and the entrance door was painted white, and the mail flap was weathered, and so he took it down and cleaned it, it now looks great with bronzed like colored. He did an excellent job on the house, I am actually getting praises with the work that he has done.

It great! My husband couldn't walk anymore and we needed this ramp. They were timely, they were efficient, the were here every day and got the job done. It looks great!

Rick is very responsible and does great work! We spend our summers down in Florida so he is coming to seal and paint our deck very soon. The deck construction itself was done very well!
