+ -1 moreHE WENT INCH BY INCH OVER THE WHOLE HOUSE, DOING REPAIRS AND TELLING US THINGS THAT WERE WRONG WITH THE HOUSE AND THE ROOF. HE DID THIS IN ADDITION TO THE PAINTING. MY EXPERIENCE WITH STEVE WAS VERY GOOD. HE IS VERY POLITE. HE REALLY DID A NICE JOB. HE CHARGED BY THE HOUR; $20 PER HOUR.
