+ -1 moreIt was exceptional. I haven't received the invoice yet but I believe that the estimate was around $12,000 or $13,000. They technicians that they had come out were very friendly, very informative. They were fantastic. Their price was the best I could find. Their responsiveness was even better. They were right on time. Mr. Sacko was extremely professional. I would absolutely use them again without question.
Description of Work: They put a new furnace and a new air conditioner in just last week. They did repair work in 2012.

Description of Work: They did a great job communicating the condensor issue, fixing it, and advising me of potential problems to keep an eye out for. Also helpful to me as an out-of-state homeowner, coordinating payment, etc. Excellent service in every respect.

Description of Work: On the first day of a cold snap, Saturday morning, the furnace stopped working. I contacted our regular service provider, who did come but was unable to solve the malfunction. I then contacted Sacko air and they had a technician to our home before noon. A blower motor needed to be replaced and they managed to locate one and install it before the end of the day - on a Saturday. I checked the price charged for the motor, and it was reasonable and their service charge for Saturday service was reasonable as well. They also replaced filters and serviced the electrostatic air cleaner. I was very happy with Sacko Air and now use them for regular service.

Description of Work: They preformed the semi annual cleaning and testing of the system. They had to add Freon to the system and replace the HEPA filters. They always do a great job and clean up after themselves.

+ -1 moreLevon and his tech arrived exactly on time. They were in professional uniforms and clean cut gentlemen. They quickly went about their work, and when finished offered some money saving tips for heating and cooling our house. Levon did warn us that our older equipment was near the end of its life expectancy, but did not pressure us about replacement like others do. We will absolutely use Sako Air in the future.
Description of Work: Levon did a complete check of our heating and air conditioning systems. I ordered the service because my air conditioner seemed to be running much longer than normal, and not keeping up. Levon found a leak in the refrigerant lines for the air conditioner and made the proper repairs. He also added 2 lbs. of refrigerant to the system.
