Description of Work: Purchased whole house electrical inspection being offered as a deal on Angie's List website. Scheduled about a month out. They hadn't showed up by noon on scheduled day so I called their office. It seemed as though they had overlooked the appointment, but came out that afternoon anyway. Performed the inspection for $69 and replaced a dimmer switch ($35) and a single pole switch ($28). Provided estimates for some other work I asked about and provided a verbal report on the inspection. From the deal description on Angie's List website, I was expecting a written report on the whole house inspection, but I never got one. Maybe I misinterpreted the deal description. In any case, they did good work at what I thought was a reasonable price.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List deal to have Rylix do a whole house inspection and they did an amazing job. I strongly recommend Rylix. First, very professional to work with. They arrived on time and worked efficiently with great respect to my home as they entered outside and in. They went through every breaker on my box and found a couple of issues. They also replaced a GFCI outlet for my pool pump. During that installation, they noticed the old line was still hot and since the old outlet was bad, I had power running constantly. Since they fixed that issue and my breaker box, my power bill is much lower. Essentially, I made back the ~$200 I spent on my next power bill.

Description of Work: Replaced main electrical panel in garage (Western Pacific brand) which was deemed by our pre-sale home inspector as deficient and dangerous. | |The technician came promptly @ 9 am on a Sunday morning, and after discovering further issues, called the owner of the company, who brought the necessary supplies, and worked with the other electrician to solve the issues. | |In addition, they brought and installed materials to close the gaps in the wall made by the difference in size of the electrical panels. | |I highly recommend this company (recommended by our Real Estate Company's Home Services).
