Description of Work: The glass computer screen on my Macbook was cracked in multiple places after the laptop had been dropped. Harold replaced the screen.

+ -1 moreWe had them come and download new security hardware and software for both our computers. Every time we called them we found them very thorough and competent in their work. They are knowledgeable and our experience with them has overall been a positive one. The prices they charge are quite reasonable. The last time they came we asked them a question related to the first service and they didn't charge us the usual fee for their coming over which is what I liked about them.
Description of Work: I had them come over 3 times for different problems we had with our computers.

+ -1 moreFriendly, direct, knowledgeable. Showed me the problem capacitors when I picked up the computer. Good price. Would do business again.
Description of Work: My computer was freezing repeatedly. I took it to his shop, and he called the next day to let me know the motherboard was bad (leaking capacitors). He checked for a replacement, but that model was no longer made. I plan on buying a new computer. Cost was for 1/2 hour diagnostic.

+ -1 moreVery satisfied. Robert is very professional, knows how to answer every novice question, and set up the desk top software efficiently with good suggestions on how to use the system on my own. Also, set up my laptop with software and gave several time saving suggestions. He gives suggestions when I don't even know the questions to ask.
Description of Work: Two separate calls for inhome computer repair, then setup and installation of a new desk top and laptop.
