Bob Reed was very professional and did quality work. He was punctual every day and was very responsive to questions and issues. He did a great job with up-front communication about what was to be done and the costs associated, and was fair with his pricing. We're very happy with the work he did and would recommend him.

He is great. He can do a lot of odd jobs. He is reasonably priced. He is very trustworthy, punctual and works the entire time he is working.

He is really good. He calls and tells you when he's going to come and he comes at that time. I called him initially and he was really busy and said he could come on another day, and that's when he came. He always cleans up after himself so there's never a mess. He's really upfront about what it's going to cost and what he needs you to do before hand as far as cleaning or moving things out of the way so he's very easy to work with.

Mr. Reed phoned me to give me an approximate week that I could expect the work to be done, and he phoned again as the time drew closer. Good communication. He said he'd be here at 8AM, and he was each day. Very methodical worker -took time to explain what I needed to know and answer my questions, but mostly they worked all day. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very self-contained. I didn't have to provide anything. He completed structural work to shore up areas where the wood had been damaged over the years. While he was here I asked him about some other projects I'm considering. He said he'll get an estimate to me in a week. It's good to know a reputable person such as Mr. Reed.

they showed up on time and started work. they worked about 5-6 hours and then did the same the second day. they cleaned up after themselves and presented an invoice.

He is A+++. With his own ingenuity he put in a little area where you can access some kind of clean out pipe so that it's hidden from view but you can still get to it without destroying the entire wall. He was very good and has done other jobs for us. He's courteous and prompt. If he's going to be the slightest bit late he'll call to let you know. He doesn't bother you, he does his work and does it well. He doesn't linger and make the job take longer than it should. He's very timely. He's done work for my daughter, too. The work is an absolute perfect match, you can't tell anything was there. He was a good, hard worker and it wasn't terribly expensive - I thought it was very reasonable.

I am very satisfied with his prompt and clean work, as well as his highly professional attitude. Bob is always willing to provide advice on repair options and he is quite friendly.

Excellent. Bob arrived right on time and worked diligently. Very friendly and easy to work with-gave him a budget and he made sure to stick to it, and keep me informed of the charges. Also impressed that he brought proof of insurance with him at the first appointment; I didn't have to ask for it.
