I waited at my daughter's house for Rob's scheduled call between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:30 he called to say he was going to be late. At 10:30 he called to say he wasn't coming. My daughter is selling her house and was depending on him to show up.
Description of Work: Rob didn't come.

Rob was very professional and kept all of the appointments scheduled. I will definitely call him when it is time to clean carpets again.
Description of Work: I have 7 stores in the area and Rob cleaned the carpets for each store. He worked around our business schedule and was able to clean many stains out of the carpets. The average cost was $275/store.

He does a really good job. He is very thorough. He gets all of the stains out every time. He offers extremely reasonable prices. He is one of the cheapest we've found.
Description of Work: Last time Rob cleaned our carpets he cleaned five rooms.

My experience with Rob's Carpet Cleaning was very positive. Rob's arrived at the scheduled appointment time and took the estimated 2.5 hours to complete the job. Jeff actually cleaned our carpets. He was professional, friendly, and answered all our questions. The carpets were cleaned well and Jeff took extra time to scrub out some stubborn spots. The price was VERY affordable at $11 a room. I have since referred Rob's Carpet Cleaning to 2 other people.
Description of Work: Carpets cleaned in the entire house (7 rooms, basement, and stairs).
