+ -1 moreLower tier of 2 section deck was sagging, causing flooring to rupture. Mike Long (owner operator) replaced wood and used carriage bolts to maintain the integrity of the deck after he jacked it up about 4 inches. He then repaired the flooring. Without asking he replaced or counter sank popped nails. ,

+ -1 morei needed a new sturdy side door, so i went to lowes, purchased one and Michael picked it up and installed it for me. it looks wonderful and i did get an energy efficient one to take off on my taxes. As usual Michael's work is non less than perfection.

+ -1 moreit went very well. hand crafted steps, which included widening the steps from their original width, the spindles on the new hand rails were a difficult match to the original, and they turned out perfect. there was a lot of time and precision needed to make this porch look perfect.

Description of Work: I have used this company in the past. this is a one man operation. i needed some bathroom tub/shower bars installed and they were done perfectly. i needed this done with only one day notice and it is was done. i will call this business again and again for any carpentry that i need.
