My husband and I recently bought our house and had the termite treatment package transferred over from the previous owner. (Years prior to our purchase, there had been signs of activity- house is on a very wooded lot.) I called to scheduled the appointment and they fit me into their schedule quite quickly. When he arrived, the technician told me he was actually the same representative that had treated the house for years past, so he was familiar with its history; And he confirmed this point by noticing some of the updates we had done to the house since his last visit. I found that to be positive. He explained what he was looking for, where he would need to have access and asked if I had any concerns. I showed him the areas he needed for access, he did his inspections inside and out and I did not have any additional questions. The whole appointment took less than an hour- the technician was punctual, efficient and professional!

They were very good and reasonable. They were professional and were very thorough everywhere. I think they were very stable. They didn’t have a bunch of new technicians. The staff they had very matured, knowledgeable and experienced. As I walked around with them, they were willing to explain exactly what they doing, and what I might be on the lookout for. I couldn’t compare the price, since I don’t know, but it seems for the inspecting that they did and the amount of time they were there, the price seemed reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

Al & Dale Schwier are professionals in every sense of the word. They are responsive, punctual and knowledgeable. Dale took the time to show me all of the old damage and what new damage would look like. They took the time to inspect our entire property, even beyond what was requested in the inspection report. They went above and beyond to try to help us minimize our costs on this. These people do not recommend or perform treatment unless they truly feel it is necessary and needed. Thank you!

Alan provided a quote to treat the entire foundation of the house as well as the detached garage. Treatment areas included both the outside foundation and inside the basement. He arrived promptly and completed the job in 3.5 - 4 hours. (Home is a 2 story, 3 BR, abt. 1600 sq. ft.) He was very professional and respectful. Also he took the time to point out some other potential problem areas with my newly purchased home, such as a downspout needing repair, some problems with the deck support beams, etc. He was careful to not damage any of the foundation shrubs and perennial plants.

THE COMPANY CAME OUT TO INSPECT THE HOUSE FOR INSECTS BEFORE I PURCHASED THE HOME. THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB, AND I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY PESTS IN MY HOME SINCE I MOVED IN.
