I am very satisfied. I am going to take my laptop to him. I had an old hard drive that I did not know what to do with, so he took it for me, he erased the hard drive for me. He uses it for parts.

tried to install a new router for my laptop but had been unsuccessful. Talked to another computer tech located in one of the major computer stores; their solution was to send someone to my home and retool my desktop for wireless at a cost of $150.00! I was pretty sure I did not require this kind of service. I saw Randy's name in our local newspaper and decided to give him a try. I emailed him about my problem and within 15 minutes he called me! Told me what kind of router to buy and he would set up my laptop if I brought it to the store. I did that and he had it all set up within 30 minutes. What great service and only $40 which for me was well worth the price. He gave me instructions on how to plug in the router to my desktop when I got home. However, I was having a problem with that and while working on it Randy called me. Asked if I got it installed and when I said I didn't he walked me through the whole thing from the beginning and everything worked like a charm with his help. There is no doubt I have found the right guy for my computer needs.

I had an old (6-7 yrs.) Dell computer that I was going to pitch, but I decided to try out RH TechniCall instead. I told the owner, Randy Hamlin, I didn't want to sink a large amount of money into the unit, but I would appreciate it if he could let me know how much it would cost to return the unit to it's original performance capabilities. Randy called and said the unit needed a new hard drive, memory and some cleaning up. He quoted me a reasonable price of $157.00. I told him to go ahead with the work. When I put the unit back in service it was almost like new in terms of performance. The quality of work, the price and the individual responsiveness that I was shown has definitely won me over as a future and return costumer.
