Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning

I have used Reupert for the past ten years to perform seasonal inspections of my heating and air conditioning systems.Tim is my regular technician and I always request him when I schedule my appointments. Tim is very knowledgeable and I have full confidence in his work. He always does a great job.

I called Reupert and I couldn't have been happier. The person who handled the scheduling was friendly and helpful. The guy who showed up to do the service called 10 minutes ahead of time, which was much appreciated, and was here exactly on time. He went straight to work, was very friendly and did an excellent job. He also took some time to explain a few things to me, which was also appreciated. From start to finish, I'm completely impressed with Reupert. Not only will I call them again, I'll recommend them to everybody I know.

This is the second time I've used Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning. I contacted the company last fall to clean and service my furnace after looking at reviews on Angie's List. Dan came out to the house today to clean and service my air conditioner. He was on time, professional, and very efficient. I was very pleased with the service. I will continue to use this company.

Great. Reupert has been maintaining my HVAC system since it was installed in 2008 and they always provide excellent service. My regular technician Tim comes out twice a year and I have full confidence in the quality of his work. He is always punctual, works efficiently and is always friendly and professional each time he visits.

Needed a HVAC company to check over the boiler and radiators of our new house. The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely have them come back to do the next service. Highly recommended.

Great! The service tech Tim was very professional and gave us a good and thorough evaluation of the system and what he felt needed replaced or repaired. Will have this company back after the purchase is made to implement changes suggested in the diagnosis of the problem and for annual system check.

Tim was great! We had 5 other service people out and they could not figure out what the problem was. Tim knew immediately what the issue was and fixed it. I had reached the end of my rope and was almost to my last resort of replacing a 4 year old furnace. So happy he was able to fix it.

It was 15 years old. Our technician had a new Honeywell T 4 Pro thermostat in his truck. The problem was diagnosed quickly. The thermostat was replaced. We opted for the programmable one without the "smart" features. The upstairs soon returned to a comfortable temperature. Now the furnace cuts off, as it should, when the desired temperature is reached.

Great, serviceman made a thorough review of furnace. Could not find a definitive point of failure, call an associate to double check. Retested, found potential defect. Replaced quickly. Spend almost 2 hours doing above. Cost was less that $250 for everything. Reupert is a very reliable and efficient HVAC company, always provided excellent service.

I began using Reupert abut three years ago at my Rental property. My tenant was so complimentary of the thoroughness of the technician I decided to use them there and at my home. We have lived in our house for 21 years and we are still using our original furnace . Over the years I have had many different service providers clean and maintain our system. Yet yesterday was the most thorough we have ever had. First of all our technician brought up a part that needed to be cleaned. We had never seen that part before. It was clogged and could have caused our gas furnace to be overflowed with condensation. Not only that but he took the time to explain the tests that he ran and what the numbers meant. That never happened before either. While we could have found a special for $49 elsewhere, both my wife and I felt that the thoroughness made the cost we paid a bargain. We are confident that our furnace will make it through another winter. We will only use Reupert for our heating and cooling needs.

Heat wasn't working at a rental property of mine. Technician came out and discovered "fresh air intake was clogged with a walnut," so he blew out the nut. No parts were replaced. For this service I was charged $243. The explanation for this charge is that it was a "flat rate work order." Not sure why the flat rate would be that high, but I do know that I won't be calling them again.

I can not recommend Reupert enough. We needed a new furnace and AC unit, and our experience was great. From the time of receiving the quote, measuring and the install, Reupert's team was extremely professional, helpful, fast and very clean! They were quick to respond to all our questions and coming up with the best solution to fit our budget. I would hire Reupert again and highly recommend them.

As always, the technician called before the appointment time. He arrived on time with all tools necessary. He performed the necessary tests and cleaned and serviced the equipment. He was very professional and cleaned up after he was finished. Reupert's is a first class service provider. I would definitely call them again.
